This is explained in the Readme. For some Google accounts, this actor doesn't work. You can try lowering security or different Google account.
Hello,
The official OAuth connection is released in the beta build version. If you switch to that version, you should be able to see 'Connect Google Account to your Actor' and 'Select file from Google Drive' inputs instead so please try it out. This is an official integration so Google will not block it.
