📊 Gartner review rows for analysis

Each saved row represents the first eligible public review found for a selected Gartner product. It can include the product and vendor, rating, review title and text, submission date, review link and ID, original language, translated text, reviewer context, and source-published likes or dislikes when available.

▶️ Collect Gartner reviews from selected targets

Choose one discovery method in findBy: Gartner URLs, Product IDs, or Vendor IDs. Add one or more targets for that method, then apply the shared rating, date, reviewer, region, cohort, and order filters. Vendor IDs also let the Actor discover product review pages for that vendor.

Product-scoped review URLs must include the market, vendor, and product path. Review-only URLs are not accepted. If the same source review appears again through another submitted URL or identifier, the later match is ignored. The saved row reflects the first match and does not merge later evidence.

❓ FAQ

Can I submit several products or vendors at once?

Yes. Add multiple URLs, product IDs, or vendor IDs under the one method selected in findBy. All targets in the run use the same filters and review order.

What happens when the same review matches twice?

The first eligible match is saved immediately. A later match from another submitted URL or identifier is ignored, so one row does not combine later matches.

Why are some reviewer or translated fields missing?

Gartner does not publish every optional field for every review. Core review data remains useful, while optional reviewer, translation, or decision fields appear when the source provides them.

Can I collect private reviews or reviews from another site?

No. This Actor collects publicly accessible Gartner Peer Insights review data. It does not collect private Gartner content or reviews from other platforms.

Can I filter by rating and reviewer details?

Yes. Use ratings, the last-twelve-months option, reviewer job functions, industries, company bands, regions, and cohorts. You can also choose most recent, most helpful, or least recent order.

Does the Actor create sentiment scores or recommendations?

No. It returns source review data and source-published context. It does not add machine-generated sentiment, recommendations, or market conclusions.
