I've downloaded over 250,000 prospectuses. There are about 8,000 emails available. And this is the second time I am uploading this, I uploaded 70,000 before and was told that the low number of emails is a technical problem that has been resolved. I'm pissed. The money thrown away is ~$400!

Sorry about your bad experience with the actor.
This is a scraper, not an API and periodic downtime is common with scrapers. The actor was placed under maintenance for the time the issue was noticed.
You also need to understand that emails are just a part of the leads (there are other fields that have been extracted e.g., linkedin url, name, organisation, and other vital data points) pulled and the leads with the missing emails also incurred running costs on our end.
