How matching works (read this): leads are keyword-matched against a built-in directory of 15 well-known technology companies. This Actor does not search the open web, and it does not call an LLM. If your ICP matches nothing in that directory, the run returns 0 rows with an explanatory message and charges no per-lead fee.
