SEC Form 11-K Tracker
Track Form 11-K employee stock-plan filings (ESPP, 401(k) stock funds, ESOP/stock-bonus plans) from SEC EDGAR, parsed into clean JSON. Built for equity-comp consultants, executive-comp analysts, corporate counsel, ERISA litigators and AI agents. Factual public SEC/EDGAR data — not financial or investment advice. Not affiliated with the U.S. SEC.
📊 What you get
Clean JSON, one record per filing (16 fields):
company,cik,ticker— the plan sponsorplan_name— read off the 11-K cover page ("Full title of the plan")plan_type— ESPP / 401(k) / Stock Bonus / Unknownfiscal_year_end— plan year endtotal_plan_assets— net assets available for benefits (USD)employer_stock_fund_balance,employer_stock_shares,share_valuecontributions_employer,contributions_participantauditor_name— the PCAOB-registered firm signing the opinionfiling_date,accession_number,source_url
Financial fields are extracted heuristically from each filing's own statements; a field the filing does not state is returned as null rather than a made-up number. Every record carries a direct sec.gov source link.
Pricing (Pay-Per-Event):
- Actor start: $0.005
- Per Form 11-K record: $0.05 — about 20 filings per $1
A 20-filing pull = $0.005 + (20 × $0.05) = $1.005.
Each record is charged immediately before it is delivered, so charges always equal rows. If EDGAR blocks or does not answer, the run fails with a status message naming the cause and nothing further is charged. If EDGAR answers and no filing matches your filters, the run succeeds with 0 records, says why, and charges nothing.
⏰ Run on a schedule
The recurring frame is the point — schedule a weekly pull:
{"year": 2025,"min_plan_assets": 1000000,"max_filings": 20}
