🚀 Fiverr Scraper: Gigs, Prices, Freelancers and Packages

Export Fiverr gigs from any search or category page as clean JSON, CSV or Excel. The Fiverr Listings Scraper returns each gig's title, starting price, delivery time, seller level, country and rating, and can add the full Basic/Standard/Premium package comparison for every gig. Use it for Fiverr pricing research, to compare Fiverr freelancers in a niche, or as a simple alternative to a Fiverr API.

🎯 Use Cases

  • Compare Fiverr freelancers in a niche: pull every gig for "logo design" or "front end web developer" with seller level, country, rating and review count, and shortlist the right sellers.
  • Fiverr pricing research: see what sellers charge for the same service, from the cheapest Basic package to the Premium tier, before you set your own gig prices.
  • Track Fiverr gig prices over time: schedule the same Fiverr search daily or weekly and build a price history for your category.
  • Fiverr keyword research: see which gigs, sellers and seller levels appear for a search term, and how crowded the niche is.
  • Competitor gig analysis: paste a rival's gig URLs and get their package titles, prices, delivery times, revisions, included features and paid extras side by side.
  • Market and agency research: find agency-run gigs, their founding year and highlights, and the service attributes (style, file formats, tech stack) Fiverr tags each gig with.

✨ Features

  • Gig data from Fiverr search: gig ID, title, URL, thumbnail, starting price, delivery days and whether express delivery is offered.
  • Seller data: username, display name, profile URL, country, seller level, average rating and number of ratings.
  • Agency data: agency name, year established and highlights, when the gig belongs to an agency.
  • Gig attributes: the facets Fiverr tags a gig with, such as logo style, file formats, website type or programming languages.
  • Package comparison (optional): every tier's title, description, price, delivery time, revisions, express delivery price, included features and paid add-ons, plus a feature matrix that lines the tiers up side by side.
  • Search, category or gig URLs: paste as many as you like in one run. Search pages are followed page by page until Fiverr has no more results or your limit is reached.
  • No duplicates: a gig found by two searches, or given as a gig URL and also found by a search, is saved and charged once.
  • Fair billing: if a gig page can't be loaded, the search result is still saved with packageDetailsStatus: "failed" and only the result is charged, not the package details. The run stops cleanly at your maximum cost per run.

🛠️ How It Works

  1. Paste Fiverr search or category URLs, for example https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=front%20end%20web%20developer, and/or gig URLs (https://www.fiverr.com/<seller>/<gig-slug>).
  2. Set Max items per URL (default 100) and turn on Include package details if you want the Basic/Standard/Premium comparison for search results.
  3. Run the scraper and download the gigs as JSON, CSV or Excel, or pull them through the Apify API.

⚙️ Input

FieldWhat it does
Search URLsFiverr search or category pages. Each one is paged through until Fiverr runs out of results or the limit below is reached.
Gig URLsFiverr gig pages (https://www.fiverr.com/<seller>/<gig-slug>). Each gig is returned with its full package comparison.
Include package details for search resultsAlso opens every gig found by the search URLs and adds its package comparison. Off by default; charged as an extra event per gig.
Max items per URLHow many gigs to save from each search URL. Default 100.

You need at least one search URL or gig URL.

💰 Pricing

Pay only for the gigs you get. No monthly rental.

EventPriceWhat you get
Result$0.0015 per gig ($1.50 per 1,000)One gig with all search fields
Gig package details$0.006 per gigThe package comparison for one gig: tiers, prices, delivery, revisions and features

Package details are charged only when they were actually collected (packageDetailsStatus: "ok"). That happens for every gig URL, and for search results when Include package details is on.

Examples:

  • 100 gigs from a Fiverr search = $0.15
  • 1,000 gigs from a Fiverr search = $1.50
  • 100 gigs from a search with package details = 100 × ($0.0015 + $0.006) = $0.75
  • 10 competitor gig URLs = 10 × $0.0075 = $0.075

price and duration are the starting price and delivery days Fiverr shows on the gig card. Package prices are the base price of each tier, without add-ons or Fiverr service fees, in baseCurrency (USD in our runs). displayCurrency and displayExchangeRate only record the currency Fiverr showed the page in; prices are not converted. In featureMatrix, present: false means the tier doesn't list that feature (not the same as "not included"), and a positive extraPrice on a feature that isn't included is a paid add-on. revisions is null with revisionsUnlimited: true when the tier offers unlimited revisions.

Without package details, a row has the search fields only (up to scrapedAt). Rows from gig URLs carry the seller and package fields but no agency or metadata fields, because those come from the search page.

🔁 Schedule and Integrate Fiverr Data

For Fiverr pricing research and competitor tracking, run the same searches once a week, or daily in a fast-moving category: every run is a dated snapshot (scrapedAt), and together they show how prices, seller levels and ratings change. Set it up in Apify Schedules. Send the results to Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n or a webhook with Apify integrations, so new gigs land where your team already works.

🤖 Use with AI Agents (MCP)

This Actor works as a tool in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients through the Apify MCP server (https://mcp.apify.com). An agent can call it with:

{ "searchUrls": ["https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=logo%20design"], "maxItemsPerUrl": 20 }

❓ Fiverr API and Scraper FAQ

Does Fiverr have an official API? Fiverr doesn't offer a public API for searching gigs or reading gig and seller data. Its affiliate program gives partners links and promotional tools, not a gig data feed. This Actor needs no key, account or approval and returns the public data any visitor sees on Fiverr search and gig pages, including the full package comparison.

Do I need a Fiverr account? No. The scraper only reads public search, category and gig pages.

How much do Fiverr freelancers charge? Run a Fiverr search for your service with Include package details on: you get every gig's Basic, Standard and Premium price, delivery time and revisions, so you can see the typical range in a niche and price your own gig against it.

What do the Fiverr seller levels mean in the data? sellerLevel is the badge Fiverr shows next to the seller, for example level_one_seller, level_two_seller or top_rated_seller. Combine it with sellerRatingScore and sellerRatingCount to rank sellers.

Why is a field empty? Agency fields are null for gigs that don't belong to an agency. extraFastPrice is null when a tier has no express delivery. If packageDetailsStatus is "failed", the gig page couldn't be loaded after retries (for example, the gig was removed), so the package fields are null; the search data is still there and you are charged only for the result.

How many gigs can I get? Up to Max items per URL from each search or category URL, as long as Fiverr keeps showing more pages for that search. For a bigger sample, add more specific searches or category pages; duplicates across them are removed.
