- Phone number, street, city, state, ZIP and county
- Credential number, credential type (Certified General, Certified Residential, Licensed, Transitional) and status (Active / Inactive)
- Credential effective and expiration dates and AQB compliance
- Number of credentials the appraiser holds and a link to the official registry record
