Chat GPT saying api needs to Updated open api 3.1.0

Hello, I'm a newbie and still learning how to use all of this stuff. I'm confused on why chat gpt is telling me that the api key needs to be updated to 3.1.0. It's currently on 3.0.0. Would you happen to know what's going on here?
