What does Foundit Jobs Monitor do?
Foundit Jobs Monitor collects job listings from Foundit (the job board for India, Singapore and Malaysia) and returns them as clean, structured data. Search several keywords, cities and countries in one run, filter by years of experience and posting date, and get title, company, salary, skills, location and the apply link for every job.
Turn on monitor mode and schedule the Actor: each run returns only the jobs that are new since the last run, so you get a daily or hourly feed of fresh postings without sorting through jobs you already have. You can use it like a Foundit jobs API: call it from the Apify API, a schedule, Make, Zapier, n8n or an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.
Why use it?
- Recruiters and staffing agencies: see which companies are hiring for a role in Bengaluru, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur today and reach them first.
- Job seekers and career tools: a daily alert of new Python, nursing or finance openings in three countries, in a spreadsheet instead of an inbox.
- Labour market research: compare demand, skills and advertised salaries for the same role in India, Singapore and Malaysia.
- Job boards and aggregators: feed new listings into your own site or database on a schedule, with duplicates already removed.
- Sales teams: companies that post many jobs are growing and buying; use hiring as a lead signal.

How to scrape Foundit jobs
- Click Try for free and open the input form.
- Enter one or more keywords, such as
data analystorpython. - Pick the countries: India (foundit.in), Singapore (foundit.sg), Malaysia (foundit.my), or all three.
- Optional: add cities, an experience range and posted within N days.
- Set Max jobs per search and click Start.
- For a feed of new jobs, turn on Only new jobs, save the input as a task and add a schedule (for example every morning).
How much does it cost?
You pay per result, and proxy and compute are included:
- $2.30 per 1,000 jobs ($0.0023 per job).
- $0.80 per 1,000 description snippets, only if you turn on Include description snippet.
- A tiny start fee of $0.00005 per run.
- Failed searches cost nothing. A job found by two of your searches in the same run is charged once. In monitor mode, jobs you already received are skipped and never charged again.
On the Apify free plan ($5 of monthly credit) that is about 2,000 jobs a month. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.
Input
{"keywords": ["data analyst", "python"],"sites": ["in", "sg", "my"],"locations": [],"experienceMin": 2,"experienceMax": 6,"postedWithinDays": 7,"maxJobsPerSearch": 100,"onlyNewJobs": false,"includeDescription": false}
Every site, keyword and location combination is one search: 2 keywords x 3 sites = 6 searches, each capped at maxJobsPerSearch. One run handles up to 1,000 searches.
Output
{"jobId": "69672519","title": "Data Analyst","company": "Flexi IT","companyId": "1252887","locations": "Singapore","experienceRange": "2-4 years","experienceMinYears": 2,"experienceMaxYears": 4,"salaryRange": null,"salaryMin": null,"salaryMax": null,"salaryCurrency": "SGD","skills": ["BigQuery", "Looker Studio", "Power Bi", "PostgreSQL", "Tableau", "Sql"],"jobType": "Full time","employmentType": "Full time","industry": "Other","functionalArea": "Data Analysis","postedAt": "2026-10-31T18:15:03.000Z","refreshedAt": "2026-10-31T18:15:03.000Z","postedAgo": "17 hours ago","closesAt": "2026-12-14T18:30:00.000Z","applicants": 1,"applyUrl": "(employer or job-board apply link)","jobUrl": "(Foundit job page link)","descriptionSnippet": null,"site": "foundit.sg","searchKeyword": "data analyst","searchLocation": null,"scrapedAt": "2026-11-01T11:57:04.965Z"}
Download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML, or read it through the Apify API.
Tips
- Newest first: results are sorted by the date a job was posted or last refreshed, so a small
maxJobsPerSearchgives you the latest postings. - Monitor mode remembers jobs per feed. Give the feed a Monitor name if you plan to tweak the filters later and want to keep its history.
- The first monitor run returns the current jobs and starts the record. From the second run on you only get new ones, and a run with nothing new costs almost nothing.
- Leave keywords empty and add a city to list every job in that city.
postedWithinDaysmatches jobs posted or refreshed in that window, because employers often repost older openings.
FAQ
Which countries are covered?
India (foundit.in), Singapore (foundit.sg) and Malaysia (foundit.my). Gulf and other sites are not supported yet.
Do I need a Foundit account or cookies?
No. The Actor reads public search results only. No login is used.
Why are some salaries empty?
The employer chose to hide the pay. The Actor never guesses a salary.
Can an AI agent use it?
Yes. Through the Apify MCP server an agent can ask for "new data analyst jobs in Singapore posted this week" and get structured rows back.
Is it legal to scrape Foundit?
The Actor collects publicly listed job ads, not personal data of candidates. You are responsible for using the data in line with the site's terms and the laws that apply to you, including data protection rules such as GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
