The price is coming correct it just adding .42 etc like that every time after new change in all the prices fetched

The ".42" is just the decimal part of the price. It's usually hidden on Booking, but we are able to extract it.

How to remove the decimal part, is there any setting as usually customer only sees without decimal
Although I agree that the the regular Booking customer will only see the whole number, when you try to reserve a hotel, you will see and pay the full price (including the decimal). In other words, the price we extract IS the hotel price.
Unfortunately there is no option to scrape only the whole part, so you will have to filter it out in your own data processing step.
