Pinecone inserts are failing with `chunk_id` error

As of this morning, we started getting this chunk_id error with no code changes. Is this a bug?

This problem began occurring this morning without any changes from our side. This is already a major blocker for us in production, and we'll likely have to look for alternative solutions if this can't be resolved rapidly.

Thank you for using our integration! The issue with deleting expired documents in the Pinecone database has been fixed in the latest commit.

If you do not need to delete expired documents, there is no need to re-run the integration.
