Export Limitations and Scraping Capacity with Apollo's Enterprise Plan
Closed
The plan states that we can export up to 10,000 emails per month. However, I have the Enterprise plan, which provides 25,000 export credits per month for Apollo.
- Can I scrape 25,000 records per month with this scraper, or am I still limited to 10,000 records per month?
- If it is possible to scrape all 25,000 records, can this be done in one go, or are there limitations on batch processing?
Thanks in advance!

- If you have 25k emails credits then you can scrape 25k people
- Not possible in one go because you can only scrape max 2k per day, but i don't recommend scraping more than 1k leads per day because it can result in restrictions to your apollo account
Here are some guidelines to make the best use of this apollo scraper
- Use more delay (5-60 seconds is recommended)
- Do not scrape more than 1k records per day
- Use same proxy country for every run, and use the country from where you normally login to your apollo account
- Do not scrape simultaneously with same apollo account
- Check your available email credits
- Do not use free email addresses like gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc to create free apollo accounts, that will restrict your monthly email credits to 125

Thanks for the update, really appreciated! I just wanted to check one more thing, each time when I run this scraper suppose on a daily basis how can I ensure the results I get everyday is going to be different? like I don't want the same 1000 records to be processed next day as well for the same search_url. Thanks!

Just use Net new Search urls
