Who counts as an engager?

Anyone who commented, reacted, or reposted — you choose which groups to include with the three toggles. Someone who engaged in more than one way appears once, deduplicated.

Most posts complete in 2–5 minutes. Runs take longer on posts with very large numbers of engagers, since each person's profile is fetched individually.

Is this the same as the LinkedIn Post Comments Scraper?

No. That actor returns every comment with comment-level detail such as replies and per-comment reaction counts. This actor returns the people — deduplicated across commenters, reactors, and reposters, each with their full profile.
