What this Actor does
Give it a role, seniority, function, location, and industry. The Actor returns the people who exist in that market, ranked by a match score that combines seniority with tenure stability.
This is the recruiter's version of a market map: before a brief lands, know exactly who is out there, where they work, and how long they have been there. It uses public data only, requires no cookies and no login.
Input
| Field | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
job_title | string | No | Target title (e.g. Data Engineer) |
keywords | string | No | Free-text keywords matched in profiles |
seniority | string[] | No | cxO, vp, director, manager, senior, entry |
function | string[] | No | e.g. Engineering, Sales, Marketing |
location | string[] | No | City, region, or country |
industry | string[] | No | Employer industries |
company_headcount | string[] | No | Employer size bands (e.g. 51-200, 201-500) |
max_people | integer | No | Hard cap on people returned — the main cost control (default 100, 1–500) |
Provide at least one filter.

Common uses
- Market mapping — know the whole talent pool before a search starts.
- Candidate sourcing — build a shortlist by role, seniority, and location.
- Competitor talent intel — see where a rival's people sit.
- Territory and expansion — find where a skill pool actually lives.
Limits
- Only people present in the searchable index are returned.
- Seniority is inferred from the title text, not from a verified field.
matchScoreis a relative ranking aid built from title and tenure, not a fit assessment.- Results are capped by
max_people.
