Request for Individual Responses to Each of Our Three Inquiries

Could you please clarify why all three of my inquiries were treated with the same generic response, rather than addressing each issue individually? I would appreciate it if you could provide separate and specific answers for each of the following points:

  1. The limitation of Amazon review collection (maximum 200 reviews).
  2. The new error that caused data collection to stop again.
  3. The credit deduction caused by this error and our refund request.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hello I have the same request, please process the refund request for the runs which were effected by the bugs in the actor. There are around $100 in run fees which should be refunded.

Hi, here are my responses to your questions:

Amazon itself limits the number of reviews displayed for a product to a maximum of 100. The current Actor uses various filter combinations to try to collect as many reviews as possible, but it may still fail to retrieve all data or may result in duplicates. Additionally, the ASIN you provided might not have a large number of reviews to begin with. These combined factors could explain the first issue you encountered.

There are several possible reasons for the interruption in data collection, including recent updates to Amazon’s risk control mechanisms and insufficient account resources.

The run fees are charged by the Apify platform, and unfortunately, I’m not able to refund those from my side. If needed, I can offer a refund for the Actor subscription fee instead — though I’d still encourage you to give it another try before making that decision.
