Find manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors for any product, in 20 countries. Enter a product such as cast iron cookware and a country, and get one row per supplier: the company, its website, what it is (manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor), and the quoted text from its own website that proves it.
Search results alone are full of directories, listicles, and marketplaces. This actor reads each company's own site and keeps only the ones whose pages say they make, wholesale, or distribute the product. Directories such as Alibaba, Thomasnet, and IndiaMART, marketplaces, and social networks are never returned.
Rows are flat and snake_case, so they load straight into a spreadsheet, a CRM, or a Clay table.
✨ Features
- Product and country in, suppliers out. No list to bring.
- Checked on the company's own site. Every row quotes the text where the company says it makes, wholesales, or distributes, and the text where it names the product, each with the page URL.
- Pick the supplier type. Any supplier, or only manufacturers, only wholesalers, or only distributors.
- 20 countries. Google is searched for the country you pick, and a domain that ends in the country's own ending (for example
.de) is flagged. - A confidence score per supplier. Higher when the product is named in a page title or heading and the supplier claim is strong.
- Leave out who you already know.
exclude_domainsdrops your current suppliers.

When a run finds no supplier, it returns one free summary row instead, with how many sites were found and checked and why none qualified.
📏 Measured results
Measured on 3 searches on 2026-10-21 (cast iron cookware in the United States, organic coffee bean wholesalers in the United Kingdom, corrugated box manufacturers in the United States):
- 41 suppliers returned from 86 company sites found and 81 checked, so about 2 sites were checked for each supplier returned.
- 39 of 41 were companies that make or sell the product, read by hand. The other 2 were supplier directory sites, which the current build now leaves out by name.
- 39 checked sites were dropped because their own pages did not claim the supplier role or did not name the product, mostly listicles, shops, and recipe sites.
- A run took 3 to 7 minutes, most of it waiting on Google result pages.
💵 Pricing
Pay per event. You pay for each supplier returned, plus a small start fee per run. Each candidate company's website is checked by the Mamba Labs Website Phrase and Business Model Classifier, which this actor runs for you on your Apify account and which charges its own price per site checked.
| Event | Free plan | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Supplier found (supplier-found), per supplier returned | $0.025 ($25.00 per 1,000) | $0.02375 ($23.75 per 1,000) | $0.0225 ($22.50 per 1,000) | $0.02125 ($21.25 per 1,000) |
Actor start (apify-actor-start), per run | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 |
Website check by the classifier (domain-classified), per site checked | $0.0045 | $0.004275 | $0.00405 | $0.003825 |
Classifier start (apify-actor-start), per run | $0.0005 | $0.0005 | $0.0005 | $0.0005 |
- About twice as many sites are checked as suppliers returned, because many search results are listicles and shops. See the measured numbers above for the real ratio.
- A site that cannot be read is not charged by the classifier. A summary row is free.
max_charge_usdcovers both actors: fewer sites are checked, and the run stops, before the total would pass it. A run also stops at the maximum cost per run you set in Apify.- Free Apify plan: 1.50 USD of evaluation a month for this actor, which is 60 suppliers at the free plan price. Any paid Apify plan removes the cap.
- The events above are all you pay. Mamba Labs pays the platform costs of your run, Google search traffic and Apify proxy traffic included.
🚀 Usage examples
Console or API. POST https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/mambalabs~manufacturer-supplier-finder/runs with the input above, then read the default dataset.
Wholesalers in the United Kingdom.
{ "product": "organic coffee beans", "country": "GB", "role": "wholesaler", "max_results": "15" }
Private label manufacturers in Germany.
{ "product": "skin care", "country": "DE", "role": "manufacturer", "extra_keywords": ["private label"] }
Clay. Call the actor from a Clay column with your product column mapped to product. Clay sends every field as a string, which this actor expects.

⚠️ Error handling
| Situation | What you get |
|---|---|
| Google returns no result page | One free summary row, blocked |
| The searches find no company sites | One free summary row, no_results |
| Sites were found but none qualifies | One free summary row, no_results, with the counts |
| A company's site cannot be read | That company is skipped; the classifier does not charge for it |
| Anything else | One free summary row, error, with the reason |
⚠️ Limitations
- Suppliers come from Google's first two result pages for each search, so a supplier with no web presence, or one Google ranks low, is missed.
- A company is judged by what its own English pages say. A manufacturer that does not describe itself on its site is not returned.
- Location is the search country plus the domain ending. The street address is not read.
- Directories and marketplaces are left out on purpose. A supplier that sells only through a marketplace is missed.
- robots.txt is read and honored on every company site, and no logins or cookies are used.
