Find podcasts on any topic and get one row per show with what you need to pitch it: the host, the owner name and email the show publishes in its own RSS feed, how often it publishes, whether it is still active, the guests it had recently, and the contact and be a guest pages on its website. Enter a topic, or paste Apple Podcasts links or RSS feeds of shows you already know. Rows are flat, so they export to CSV or drop into a Clay table.
Features
- Topic search. Searches the Apple Podcasts catalog for each topic, up to 200 shows per topic, in Apple's order. A show found under two topics is returned once.
- Host and owner contact. The host from the feed's podcast:person tags or author, and the owner name and email from the feed's itunes:owner block, the contact the show itself publishes for directories.
- Recent guests. Guest names from the feed's podcast:person guest tags, or read from episode titles by fixed patterns ("with Jane Doe of Acme", "Jane Doe on hiring", "feat. Jane Doe"), plus the companies named beside them. The host is never counted as a guest.
- Guest format and cadence. The share of episodes that name a guest, episodes in the last 90 days, average days between episodes, the newest episode, and an active flag.
- Contact and guest pages. One read of the website the feed names, for a contact page and a guest application or pitch page.
- Filters. Only active shows, a minimum episode count, or guest format shows only. Shows removed by a filter are free.
How it reads its sources
The Apple iTunes Search API (public, no key), each show's public RSS feed, and one page of each show's own website. robots.txt is read once per host and checked before every feed and website request. Requests go direct first; a host that refuses is read through the Apify proxy. No API key, no login, and no other developer's actor.

Pricing
Pay per event. You pay only these events; the Apify platform and proxy costs of your run are paid by Mamba Labs.
| Event | Free plan | Bronze | Silver | Gold |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Podcast row (podcast-row): one show with its feed read | $0.004 | $0.0038 | $0.0036 | $0.0034 |
Actor start (apify-actor-start), once per run | $0.0005 | $0.0005 | $0.0005 | $0.0005 |
Free rows: a show whose feed could not be read (Apple catalog fields only, row_status partial), no results rows, and error rows. On the Apify free plan the actor stops at 1.50 USD of evaluation a month (about 375 podcast rows); any paid Apify plan removes that cap.
Example: one topic with 25 shows costs about 0.101 USD.

Error handling
| Situation | What you get |
|---|---|
| Apple lists no feed, or the feed cannot be read | The show row with Apple catalog fields only, row_status partial, free |
| The feed host's robots.txt disallows the feed | Catalog fields only, feed_status robots_disallowed, free |
| The website refuses or is down | The row ships with the contact fields empty and the reason in error_reason |
| The Apple Search API does not answer | One free blocked row for the topic |
| A topic finds nothing | One free no_results row |
| Max charge reached | The run stops before the next billable row and says why in the status message |
Limitations
- Topic search returns Apple's ranking, which favors show names and descriptions that contain the words. Try several phrasings with
topics. - Guest names come from feed tags or fixed title patterns. A title that does not name the guest in one of those forms gives no guest, and a guest name must start with a common first name. Check names before outreach.
owner_emailis the address the show publishes in its own feed; many feeds publish none. You are responsible for contacting people lawfully under the rules that apply to you.- One website page is read per show; a contact page linked only from a deeper page is not found.
