EU AI Act Tracker
Monitor EU AI Act developments in one feed — GPAI training-content transparency, AI Office enforcement & governance, and the high-risk system rules. Built for compliance, legal and policy teams tracking the Act as it comes into force.
Factual public regulatory data assembled from official EU sources. Not legal advice.
⏰ Run this as a weekly compliance watch (recommended)
{ "feeds": ["gpai", "enforcement", "high_risk"], "maxResults": 12 }
Weekly cron (0 8 * * 1) keeps a standing watch on the AI Office and the Act's implementation as new guidance and enforcement land. feeds is required — an empty input returns 0 records and charges nothing.
📊 What you get
Clean JSON, one record per tracked item:
feed— gpai / enforcement / high_risksource— publishing body (AI Office, EU Commission, AI Act Explorer, …)title— item title (parsed from the live page or feed this run)link— canonical source URLpublishedDate— where the source exposes one (best-effort)recordType—liveorroadmap-stubfetched— alwaystrue; a source that does not answer 200 is not returned and not chargednote— roadmap/context where relevant
Two kinds of record, both collected live on every run:
- Live feed items — dated items from the AI Act Explorer post archive (
artificialintelligenceact.eu) and the European Commission "Shaping Europe's digital future" RSS feed, filtered to AI. - Canonical source documents — the official EU pages that define each feed (AI Office, GPAI Code of Practice, high-risk guidelines, …), each re-fetched and re-parsed live.
Selected feeds are interleaved, so every feed you request gets a fair share of maxResults.
Pricing (Pay-Per-Event):
- Actor start: $0.01
- Per AI Act record: $0.05 — about 20 records per $1
A 12-record weekly watch = $0.01 + (12 × $0.05) = $0.61. Each record is charged immediately before it is delivered, so charges always equal rows. If none of the EU sources answer, the run fails with a status message naming the cause and nothing is charged.
🗓️ What ships today vs. what activates later (high-risk deferred to Dec 2027)
| Feed | Status today | Activates |
|---|---|---|
| GPAI transparency | LIVE — the AI Office public-summary template + Code of Practice + FAQ, plus dated GPAI coverage from the AI Act Explorer archive | — |
| Enforcement & governance | LIVE — AI Office, regulatory-framework and implementation-timeline sources, plus AI items from the Commission's own news feed | grows as decisions publish |
| High-risk registry | LIVE guidance + ROADMAP STUB — tracks the high-risk classification guidelines and dated high-risk analysis today | ~Dec 2, 2027 — the Article-71 EU central database public surface plugs into a marked integration point when it publishes (deferred from Aug 2 2026 by the EU Digital Omnibus, adopted Jun 2026) |
This is stated plainly so you know exactly what the feed delivers now and what switches on when the EU database publishes.
