What does LinkedIn Company Scraper do?
LinkedIn Company Scraper turns a list of companies into clean firmographic data from their public LinkedIn company pages. Give it company page URLs, slugs or plain company names and get back one row per company with industry, company size, employee count, followers, headquarters, founded year, company type, specialties, website, office locations, logo and the LinkedIn company ID. Switch on recent posts to also get the latest updates shown on each page.
It works like a LinkedIn company data API: no LinkedIn account, no cookies and no browser. Call it from the Apify API, a schedule, Make, Zapier, n8n or an AI agent through the Apify MCP server.
Why use it?
- Lead enrichment: add industry, headcount band and HQ to a CRM list before outreach.
- Account-based marketing: segment target accounts by size, type and location.
- Market and competitor research: compare follower counts and employee growth across a peer set.
- Recruiting and sales intelligence: find the company website, office addresses and specialties in one pass.
- Content monitoring: see what a company posted lately without opening LinkedIn.
What data can it extract?

How to scrape LinkedIn company data
- Open the Actor and paste your companies into Companies, one per line. URLs and slugs (
stripe) are exact; names (Stripe) are turned into a slug by a guess. - Tick Include recent posts if you want the latest updates too.
- Click Start and wait a few seconds per hundred companies.
- Download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.
How much does it cost?
You pay $3 per 1,000 companies returned ($0.003 each), plus a tiny $0.00005 start fee per run. Recent posts cost nothing extra. Rows for companies that were not found, pages LinkedIn blocked after three tries and inputs we could not read are free. On the free Apify plan your monthly platform credit covers a few thousand companies; runs stop when the plan's usage limit is reached.
Input
{"companies": ["https://www.linkedin.com/company/stripe/","microsoft","Canva"],"includeRecentPosts": true,"maxConcurrency": 10}
Output
{"input": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/stripe/","name": "Stripe","slug": "stripe","companyId": "2135371","linkedinUrl": "https://www.linkedin.com/company/stripe","website": "https://stripe.com","industry": "Technology, Information and Internet","companySize": "5,001-10,000 employees","employeesOnLinkedIn": 16694,"followers": 1795615,"headquarters": "South San Francisco, California","founded": 2010,"type": "Privately Held","specialties": [],"locations": [{ "address": "354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, California 94080, US", "primary": true }],"recentPosts": [{ "url": "https://www.linkedin.com/posts/...", "datePublished": "2026-10-28T16:00:00.000Z", "text": "...", "likes": 512 }],"error": null}
A company that cannot be scraped comes back as { "input": "...", "error": "..." } and is not charged. Download the dataset as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML.
Tips
- Use the page URL or slug when you have it. A name like "Notion" may land on a different, smaller company that owns that slug.
- Duplicate inputs that point to the same slug are fetched once.
- The public page shows only a handful of recent posts. For a full post history, use a dedicated posts scraper.
- Founded year, specialties and website are blank when the company has not filled them in on LinkedIn.
FAQ
Do I need a LinkedIn account or cookies?
No. The Actor reads the logged-out public page, so your own account is never involved.
Why did a company come back as not found?
The slug does not exist. This usually happens when a name was guessed into a slug; pass the company URL instead.
Can I scrape employees or people profiles?
No. This Actor covers company pages only.
Can I run it on a schedule?
Yes. Save your input as a task and add an Apify schedule to refresh the data daily or weekly.
