Unfortunately, no, this data is not accessible anywhere on Booking. You can try using the official Booking API as this data seems to be there. But it's probably hard to get accepted into the API: https://developers.booking.com/connectivity/docs/review-api/retrieve-reviews

Is it possible to scrape the user ID for the review?

Firstly, to the original request - we were able to find the exact timestamp of the posted reviews :) It will be quite problematic to extract as it's hidden under a completely different endpoint, which we currently don't scrape. We will investigate it further and implement the extraction :)
For the second request - sadly, no. There doesn't seem to be anything like user IDs on Booking, even under the new endpoint that we've discovered. You will just have to do with usernames and profile pictures.

Hmm, this is a bit hard to estimate at the moment as a lot of people from our team are and will be on a vacation in the next few weeks. Specifically the people that specialize in Booking :/ Very roughly I would say about 2–6 weeks. We will prioritize this more, as there is other positive feedback from other users, and it would solve a lot of different problems with the existing reviews.
