tl;dr -> I have already tried the solutions from the closed issues, they are not working.
I want to fetch the latest posts by a linkedin user but I am getting in the random order (some from the last year some from last week etc).
I have tried putting 'date_posted' and 'latest' in the URL but they are not working

You need to pass linkedin post search url instead of profile activity url. Go to linkedin search, select "Posts" as search type, and then in the "From member filter search for the user and select it. And choose sort by "Recent" then use the final search url from the address bar. For your case, search URL will be this:
