What you can filter by

• Loan program — 7(a) (general small-business loans) or 504 (CDC/504 fixed-asset loans)
• Period — recent (FY2020-Present for 7a, FY2010-Present for 504) or historical files
• States — borrower state(s), e.g. CA, TX
• Approval fiscal years — e.g. 2024, 2025
• Loan amount — min / max gross approval
• Industry — NAICS code prefixes (e.g. 72 food service, 23 construction)
• Lender — bank / CDC name contains
• Business type / min jobs supported
• Max leads — the Actor stops as soon as it has this many matches

Output (one record per borrower)

borrower_name, full address (street, city, state, zip), loan_program, subprogram, gross_approval, sba_guaranteed_approval, approval_date, approval_fiscal_year, term_months, lender_name (and cdc_name for 504), naics_code + naics_description, business_type, business_age, jobs_supported, project_state/project_county, loan_status, franchise_name, and the source URL.

Official SBA 7(a) & 504 FOIA datasets on data.sba.gov (public domain, updated quarterly). The SBA publishes only large CSV files with no query API, so this Actor resolves the current file at runtime, streams it, and filters as it reads — narrower filters mean faster, cheaper runs.

Notes

This dataset reflects loan approvals reported by the SBA; it is not a real-time feed and does not include personal/individual contact phone or email (it's business-level FOIA data). Pair with an enrichment Actor if you need direct contacts.
