Quick start (no coding)

1. Click Try for free at the top of this page. A free Apify account is enough – it includes monthly credit.
2. In Search videos by keyword, paste Chinese or English keywords, one per line (like 瑜伽 or minecraft).

Common mistakes

• Want what's trending instead of a search → turn on Popular board (热门) or Site-wide ranking (排行榜).
• Want creators' followers → paste space.bilibili.com/… links in Video or creator links, or use Search creators (UP主) by keyword.
• b23.tv share links work – paste them as they are.
• Want all of a creator's videos → paste their space.bilibili.com/… link and set Uploads per creator link.
• Want the bullet comments (弹幕) → set Danmaku (弹幕) per video ($0.0005 each).

What you can scrape

• 🔍 Keyword search – Chinese or English keywords, up to 1,000 videos each. Sort by relevance, newest, most viewed, most favorited or most danmaku, and filter by video length.

Ranking and Popular rows and video-link rows also include coins, shares and description; video-link rows add tags. status is ok, skipped (video or creator not found or removed – free), no_results or error (free). In Excel/CSV export, choose the Videos or Creators (UP主) view for clean columns.

Pricing

Pay per event:

• $3.00 per 1,000 results – one video or creator row (cheaper on higher Apify plans: down to $2.20).
• $0.50 per 1,000 comments or danmaku – only when you turn them on (Top comments per video, Danmaku (弹幕) per video).
• Failed, unavailable and duplicate items are free.

Example: 10 keywords × 100 videos = 1,000 results ≈ $3.00.

Tips and limits

• Up to 1,000 videos per keyword (Bilibili's own limit: 50 pages of 20). Pages can overlap a little, so a request for 50 may return 45–50 unique videos.
• Comments: visitors who are not logged in see at most 3 top comments per video, so expect up to 3. You only pay for comments delivered.
• Transcripts: every row has a plain url. To turn the videos' speech into Chinese text, pass this run's dataset to our Bilibili Video Transcript Actor – with optional English summaries.
• Monitoring: schedule a daily run with includeRanking or your keywords sorted by newest, and compare runs to spot rising videos and creators.

FAQ

Do I need a Bilibili account or cookies? No. The Actor only reads public pages and public endpoints, without logging in.

Can I search in English? Yes, but most Bilibili content is in Chinese, so Chinese keywords return far more relevant videos.

Does it get danmaku (bullet comments) text or video files? Danmaku text yes – set Danmaku (弹幕) per video (up to 3,000, $0.50 per 1,000). Videos are not downloaded.

Is this legal? The Actor only collects publicly visible data without logging in, and does not collect commenter names or IDs. You are responsible for how you use the data (copyright, privacy and Bilibili's terms).

Can I cap what a run costs? Yes – set Maximum cost per run in the run options. The run stops cleanly when the next item would go over it: you are never charged more, and you get a clear "stopped at your limit" status message.
