Get hotel prices from Google Hotels for any destination and dates: the nightly and total price in your currency, Google's deal note ("23% less than usual"), star class, rating and review count, location, website and nearby places. Built for travel startups, revenue managers, price-comparison sites, travel agents and researchers who need fresh hotel rates in bulk – no login, no browser, pay only per hotel.

What you get for every hotel

  • 💲 Prices for your dates – lowest nightly price (rounded and exact), total for the stay, and Google's deal note vs. the usual price; priceIncludesTaxesAndFees tells you whether taxes and fees are included
  • 🌍 Any currency – USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY and 20 more
  • ⭐ Quality – star class, Google rating, review count and the 5★→1★ review distribution
  • 📍 Location – latitude/longitude, nearby places with travel times (airport, landmarks, transit), Google Maps and Google Hotels links
  • 🏨 Details – short description, hotel website, check-in/check-out times, photo
  • 🔢 Ranking – the hotel's position in Google's results and the total number of results for your search
  • 🏷️ Prices per booking site (optional, includeBookingOffers) – every vendor Google shows for the hotel (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, the official site…) with nightly and total price, room types and an ad flag, cheapest first, plus cheapestVendor. In our Lisbon test each hotel had 9–28 booking sites.
  • 📅 Price calendar (optional) – paste hotels' googleHotelsUrl into calendarHotelUrls and get one row per check-in date for up to 90 days (stays of 1–30 nights): the lowest nightly price, which site has it, and all vendor prices. Ideal for "when is this hotel cheapest?"

Input example

{
"locations": ["Austin, TX", "Paris", "Times Square, New York"],
"checkInDate": "2026-11-20",
"checkOutDate": "2026-11-22",
"adults": 2,
"currency": "EUR",
"maxHotelsPerLocation": 40
}

Destinations can be cities, neighbourhoods, landmarks or free-text searches (resorts in Cancun). Plain place names are searched as "hotels in …". Add the city to landmarks (Times Square, New York) – if Google returns hotels spread over a large area, rows are marked locationAmbiguous.

Pricing

Pay per event:

  • $3.00 per 1,000 hotels with a price (cheaper on higher Apify plans: down to $2.20).
  • +$2.00 per 1,000 hotels when you turn on prices per booking site, charged only when offers are delivered.
  • $3.00 per 1,000 calendar dates with a price; dates without rates are free.
  • Hotels without a rate for your dates (sold out / no offers) are still listed, for free. Failed searches are free too.

Examples: 40 hotels in each of 10 cities = 400 hotels ≈ $1.20 (≈ $2.00 with booking-site prices); a 90-day price calendar for 5 hotels = up to 450 dates ≈ $1.35.

Tips

  • Duplicate destinations: Paris and paris count as the same search (case and extra spaces are ignored), so you're not charged twice.
  • Price monitoring: schedule a daily run with fixed dates and compare pricePerNight per id over time.
  • Rate parity / revenue management: run your hotel's city with your competitors' dates and compare.
  • More results: Google returns 20 hotels per page and at most about 420 hotels per search, even when it reports thousands of results. For more, split a big city into neighbourhoods (Shinjuku, Tokyo, Shibuya, Tokyo). Duplicates are removed within each destination, so a hotel can appear under two overlapping destinations.
  • Integrations: n8n, Make, Zapier or the Apify API → Google Sheets, Airtable or your database.

FAQ

Which price is it? The lowest nightly price Google Hotels shows for your dates and guests, plus the total for the stay. Results are fetched as Google shows them to US visitors, where prices include taxes and fees – check priceIncludesTaxesAndFees on each row. People browsing from other countries may see different rates.

Why is a hotel's price empty? Google shows no rate for those dates (sold out or no partner offers). The hotel is still listed with its details – and you are not charged for it.

Is this legal? The Actor only reads the public Google Hotels search page, without logging in, and collects no personal data. You are responsible for how you use the data and for complying with Google's terms.

Can I cap what a run costs? Yes – set Maximum cost per run in the run options. The run stops cleanly when the next item would go over it: you are never charged more, and you get a clear "stopped at your limit" status message.

Can I compare Booking.com, Expedia and the hotel's own site? Yes – turn on Prices per booking site. Each hotel gets a bookingOffers list with every vendor Google Hotels shows, so you can spot rate-parity gaps or the cheapest place to book.

What happens if a big run hits the time limit? It stops cleanly shortly before the limit: everything finished so far is delivered, the run ends as succeeded, and the status message says how many items weren't started. Raise the run timeout, or run again with the inputs that were not started.

Are my dates respected? Yes – every row repeats the checkIn, checkOut and nights it was priced for, so you can verify that each price belongs to the dates you asked for.
