Quick start (no coding)

1. Click Try for free at the top of this page. A free Apify account is enough – it includes monthly credit.
2. In Apps, paste Google Play app links or package names (like com.spotify.music), one per line.
3. Click Start. Usually under a minute for a few hundred reviews.
4. When it says Succeeded, open the Output tab and click Export → Excel (or CSV). One row per review (stars, text, date, app version, developer reply) plus an app summary row.

Common mistakes

• Only want complaints → set Only these star ratings to 1 and 2.
• Want the summary, not the rows → turn on AI insights report.
• Wrong language → set Country and Language.

FAQ

Does it cover the Apple App Store? Not in this version. Apple no longer publishes reviews in its public review feed, and its web pages show only about ten featured reviews per app.

Do I need a Google account? No. The Actor uses the public Google Play web pages without logging in. Reviewer names and profile pictures are not collected.

How good are the AI insights? They are written by an AI model from the review texts: great for spotting themes and priorities, but the shares are approximate – check the example quotes and the review rows before quoting numbers.

Is this legal? The Actor only reads public reviews without logging in and does not collect reviewers' names. You are responsible for how you use the data and for complying with Google's terms.

Can I cap what a run costs? Yes – set Maximum cost per run in the run options. The run stops cleanly when the next item would go over it, and you are never charged more.
