What is Zillow Home Details Scraper?

Zillow Home Details Scraper opens Zillow property pages and returns what the search results do not show: the listing description, year built, price per square foot, HOA fee, property tax rate, parking and garage details, all photos in high resolution, the price history, page views and saves, days on Zillow, MLS number, listing agent and brokerage, next to the price, address, beds, baths, size, Zestimate and rent Zestimate. Give it home URLs or zpids, or the dataset of a Zillow Scraper run. $3 per 1,000 homes.

Use it to enrich search results for investment analysis, build comps with full descriptions and history, monitor price changes on specific homes, or feed a real-estate database.

How much does it cost?

Pay per result: $0.003 per home ($3 per 1,000), with volume discounts on paid Apify plans. The Residential proxy Zillow needs is included in that price. Homes that are not found or cannot be loaded are listed in the ERRORS record and cost nothing. Set Maximum cost per run to cap spend.

Limits

  • Zillow builds its pages differently for showcase, regular and sold listings. The price history, for example, is in the page for showcase and some other listings but loads later for the rest, so priceHistory can be empty. Tax history, school ratings and agent phone numbers are not collected.
  • Sold homes in non-disclosure states (such as Texas) have no sale price.
  • Zillow blocks cloud-server IPs, so every request goes through Apify Residential proxy (US); a blocked request is retried with a new IP (up to six times).
