What is Eventbrite Scraper?

Eventbrite Scraper extracts events from Eventbrite search results. Give it keywords ("python; startup networking") and cities ("New York; London"), or online, and it returns each event with its name, start and end time, venue, full address, coordinates, category, format, tags, organizer, summary and ticket link. It pages through all result pages, needs no login and no browser. $1 per 1,000 events.

Use it for event lead generation (sponsors, speakers, vendors), competitor and market research, local event calendars, or tracking what's happening in a city.

How to use Eventbrite Scraper

  1. Enter Keywords, several separated by ;. Leave empty for all events in the location.
  2. Enter Locations: cities (New York, London, Berlin…) or online, several separated by ;.
  3. Set Max events per search (default 50) and run.
  4. Download the events as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML, or read them through the API.

Every keyword is searched in every location. Events found twice are kept once.

How much does it cost?

Pay per result: $0.001 per event ($1 per 1,000), with volume discounts on paid Apify plans. Searches that fail (for example a place Eventbrite doesn't know) are listed in the ERRORS record and cost nothing. Set Maximum cost per run to cap spend.

Limits

  • No ticket prices or full descriptions. Eventbrite's search results carry the organizer's summary, but not the full description or prices. Those are on each event's own page.
  • Eventbrite shows up to 49 pages (about 980 events) per search. Use more specific keywords for more coverage.
  • Attendee lists and organizer contact details aren't public and aren't collected.

Using Eventbrite Scraper with AI agents

The Actor is pay-per-event with limited permissions, so AI agents can call it through Apify's MCP server (mcp.apify.com), for example with {"keywords": "AI meetup", "locations": "San Francisco", "maxEvents": 30}. It also accepts keyword, query, location, city and cities.

FAQ

Is scraping Eventbrite legal? The Actor reads the public event listings Eventbrite shows to logged-out visitors. Check that your use of the data (for example, outreach to organizers) is allowed where you are.

How are cities matched? Eventbrite resolves city names itself (London becomes united-kingdom--london). The resolved place is returned in searchLocation.
