Eventim Scraper | Events, Ticket Prices and Venues (2026)

1 search. 100 Eventim events. 30 fields per event.

From SilentFlow. Creators of Pinterest Scraper and Leboncoin Scraper, with 420,000+ combined lifetime runs.

Every upcoming Eventim date as one clean row: the event, the artist, the venue with its city and coordinates, the entry price, whether tickets are on sale, the rating and the promoter. Type an artist, a show or a city, paste any Eventim link, or list the event IDs you track, and get a calendar you can sort, map, compare or feed to your own tools. The default run returned 100 Disney dates from eventim.de in a few seconds on 11 Oct 2026, with no Eventim account.

Why choose this actor?

Copying concert dates from Eventim into a spreadsheet one page at a time? Searching "Munich" and getting nothing because the shop writes "MΓΌnchen"? Using a tool that only takes a search term, when what you have is an artist page, a venue, or the twelve events you promised a client to watch?

  • 27 fields per event, not 11. On the default run (100 Disney dates on eventim.de, 11 Oct 2026), 27 data fields carried a value on at least half the rows: id, link, name, artist and full line-up, category, sub-category and every category label, description, event type, ticket tags, tour (series) id, promoter name and id, status, on-sale flag, entry price and currency, rating and number of ratings, start date, venue, city, postal code, latitude, longitude and the event image. Prices are numbers and missing values are null, so the rows go straight into a sheet or a database. The most used Eventim actor on the Store lists 11 fields in its output.
  • Paste the page you already have. An artist page returns all of the artist's dates, a tour returns the whole tour, a city or a venue returns everything on its programme, and a search link returns that search. Links from oeticket.com, Ticketcorner, eventim.co.uk or the other Eventim shops are read on their own shop. On 11 Oct 2026, four links (the Apache 207 artist page, the Zeche Bochum venue, the "Viva La Vida" Coldplay tribute tour and an eventim.co.uk search for Peter Kay) plus one event ID returned 60 dates in one run. The most used Eventim actor takes a search term only.
  • Track the exact events you care about. Paste Eventim event IDs, the number at the end of every event link, and each one comes back as one row with its current price, status and on-sale flag. Two eventim.de IDs pasted on 11 Oct 2026 came back as exactly two rows in 1 second. Schedule the run and you have a sell-out and price history of your own watchlist.

Try Eventim Scraper

Paste this input into the Input tab (JSON view) and press Start. It is the default input of the form: every upcoming Disney date on eventim.de, soonest first, up to 100 rows.

{
"searchTerms": ["Disney"],
"country": "de",
"maxItems": 100
}

The Apify Free plan is enough to run it and to try the actor on your own artists, cities and events: no credit card, no Eventim account, no setup. Each event date becomes one row of the dataset, which you can export as JSON, CSV or Excel, open in Google Sheets, or read from the Apify API. On 11 Oct 2026 this input matched 1,116 Disney listings on eventim.de and returned the first 100 event dates: Frozen, The Lion King, Tarzan and The Hunchback of Notre Dame musicals, Disney in Concert and themed parties, in 26 cities and 34 venues, 96 of them with an entry price between 10.07 and 109.49 EUR. Raise maxItems to take all of them.

How to scrape Eventim events and ticket prices

Get every date of a show or an artist

Type what you would type in Eventim's search box. Every upcoming date comes back, soonest first.

{
"searchTerms": ["Disney"],
"maxItems": 1200
}

On 11 Oct 2026, "Disney" matched 1,116 listings on eventim.de and this input returned 1,107 event dates: the other 9 were parking tickets and upgrades sold with those shows, which are left out.

List the concerts on sale in two cities of another country

Pick the shop with country, then name the cities and the category in English. Each city gets its fair share of maxItems.

{
"country": "Austria",
"cities": ["Vienna", "Graz"],
"categories": ["Concerts"],
"onlyAvailable": true,
"maxItems": 150
}

On 11 Oct 2026 this matched 1,212 concerts with tickets on sale in Vienna and 196 in Graz on oeticket.com, and returned 75 of each.

Follow an artist, a venue, a tour and a single event in one run

Paste the pages you already have open, from any Eventim shop, and add the event IDs you track.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.eventim.de/artist/apache-207/" },
{ "url": "https://www.eventim.co.uk/search/?searchterm=peter%20kay" },
{ "url": "https://www.eventim.de/city/bochum-44/venue/zeche-bochum-973/" },
{ "url": "https://www.eventim.de/eventseries/viva-la-vida-a-tribute-to-coldplay-2988309/" }
],
"eventIds": ["21609791"],
"maxItems": 60
}

On 11 Oct 2026 this returned 60 dates: the 6 dates of the Apache 207 arena tour, 2 Peter Kay shows from eventim.co.uk, 12 dates of the tribute tour, the requested Frozen musical date and 39 events from the Zeche Bochum programme, which had 70 upcoming.

Accepted formats

  • Countries: de Germany (eventim.de), at Austria (oeticket.com), ch Switzerland (ticketcorner.ch), gb United Kingdom (eventim.co.uk), fr France (eventim.fr), it Italy (ticketone.it), nl Netherlands (eventim.nl), pl Poland (eventim.pl), se Sweden (eventim.se), no Norway (eventim.no), dk Denmark (billetlugen.dk), br Brazil (eventim.com.br), il Israel (eventim.co.il). The 3-letter code (aut, gbr) and the English name (Austria, United Kingdom, uk) work too.
  • Links: /event/{name}-{id}/, /artist/{name}/, /eventseries/{name}-{id}/, /artist/{name}/{tour}-{id}/, /city/{name}-{id}/, /city/{name}-{id}/venue/{name}-{id}/, /venue/{name}-{id}/ and /search/?searchterm=..., with or without the /en/ part of translated pages.
  • Event IDs: the number at the end of an event link (21289844), with or without a leading #. A full event link pasted in this field works too.
  • Cities: Munich or MΓΌnchen, Vienna or Wien, Milan or Milano, Cologne or KΓΆln. A city the shop spells its own way is found too: on 11 Oct 2026, Zurich was read as ZΓΌrich on ticketcorner.ch (1,750 dates), Krakow as Cracow on eventim.pl (1,194) and Dusseldorf as Duesseldorf on eventim.de (3,742).
  • Categories: the shop's top-level categories, in English (Concerts, Musical & Show, Comedy, Sports, Classical, Leisure on eventim.de) or in the shop's language (Konzerte). Each shop has its own list: Music and Comedy on eventim.co.uk, Entertainment on Ticketcorner, Exhibitions & Museums on eventim.fr.
  • Dates: YYYY-MM-DD, as the date picker of the form sends them.

What data can you extract from Eventim?

One row per event date, 32 fields in 6 groups:

GroupFields
Identityid, url, name
Contentartist, attractions, category, subcategory, categories, description, type, tags, seriesId, promoterName, promoterId
Tickets and ratingsstatus, inStock, price, currency, rating, ratingCount
Place and timestartDate, endDate, venue, city, postalCode, region, latitude, longitude, market
MediaimageUrl
MetasearchQuery, scrapedAt

A few facts that help you use the data:

  • id is Eventim's own event ID and stays the same from run to run: use it to join runs and spot changes. url is the event's permanent page on its shop.
  • price is the entry price Eventim advertises for the date, the cheapest ticket category, in currency. It is empty when no ticket is on sale (sold out, cancelled, not yet on sale): in the Berlin run below, 15,099 of 16,394 dates had a price, exactly the ones on sale.
  • status is Eventim's own: Available, SoldOut, Cancelled and a few rarer ones. inStock says whether tickets can be bought right now.
  • startDate and endDate keep the venue's local time with its offset (2026-10-11T14:00:00+02:00); a Z offset means UTC, which is UK winter time. endDate is only set when the shop publishes one, mostly for exhibitions, passes and courses that run over days or months.
  • seriesId groups the dates of one tour or show run. rating (out of 5) and ratingCount are the ratings Eventim visitors left for the event or its artist.
  • latitude and longitude are present when the shop publishes them for the venue (64 of 100 rows in the default run, 8,926 of 16,394 in Berlin).
  • imageUrl is the 222 x 222 picture the shop shows for the event. Copy it if you need to keep it: the shop can change it.

Advanced usage

Read a whole city in one run

A city alone lists everything on its programme, from arena concerts to food and walking tours. Set maxItems above the number of dates you expect.

{
"cities": ["Berlin"],
"maxItems": 20000
}

On 11 Oct 2026, Berlin had 16,826 upcoming listings on eventim.de. This run returned 16,394 event dates in 43 seconds, leaving out the parking tickets and upgrades sold with them: 490 venues, 708 promoters, 2,683 concerts, 2,788 musicals and shows, 2,890 classical dates and 2,039 comedy nights, with 255 cancelled and 54 sold-out dates flagged as such. Use it to build a city calendar, or to compare venues by how much they programme.

Plan a weekend in a city

Combine a city with a date range to get everything on between two days, including exhibitions and shows that are still running.

{
"cities": ["Hamburg"],
"dateFrom": "2026-10-16",
"dateTo": "2026-10-18",
"maxItems": 600
}

On 11 Oct 2026, 578 dates matched that Friday to Sunday in Hamburg, across 129 venues, and the run returned all of them: St. Pauli and Elbphilharmonie plaza tours, musicals, concerts, comedy and classical music. A weekly schedule of this input feeds a "what's on" page or a hotel newsletter.

Map the comedy circuit of a whole country

A category alone lists every date in it. Add onlyAvailable to skip what can no longer be booked.

{
"country": "gb",
"categories": ["Comedy"],
"onlyAvailable": true,
"maxItems": 1500
}

On 11 Oct 2026, 1,207 comedy dates with tickets on sale matched on eventim.co.uk and the run returned all of them, from 185 towns and 381 venues, with London, Leeds, Sheffield and Glasgow in the lead, every one priced in GBP. Sort by city and promoterName to see who books which rooms.

Compare two shows on the Swiss shop

Several keywords share maxItems fairly, so each show gets its rows. Ticketcorner also sells dates in neighbouring countries, and city tells you where each one takes place.

{
"country": "ch",
"searchTerms": ["Circus Knie", "Musical"],
"maxItems": 200
}

On 11 Oct 2026, "Circus Knie" matched 245 dates and "Musical" 1,396 on ticketcorner.ch. The 200 rows carried prices in CHF and flagged 19 dates as sold out.

Watch sell-outs in a city's concert scene

Track the concerts of one city over time: run it daily and compare status and price by id between runs.

{
"country": "Italy",
"cities": ["Milan"],
"categories": ["Concerts"],
"maxItems": 800
}

On 11 Oct 2026, Milan had 794 upcoming concert listings on ticketone.it and the run returned all of them, from 43 venues with the Unipol Dome, Blue Note and Fabrique in the lead, 61 already sold out and 11 cancelled.

FAQ

What is Eventim? CTS Eventim runs ticket shops across Europe and beyond: eventim.de in Germany, oeticket.com in Austria, Ticketcorner in Switzerland, TicketOne in Italy, Billetlugen in Denmark, and Eventim shops in the UK, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Brazil and Israel. Concerts, musicals, comedy, sport, exhibitions and tours are sold there.

What does one row contain? One event date: its name, artist and line-up, categories, description, venue with city, postal code and coordinates, start date, entry price and currency, status and on-sale flag, rating, promoter, tour id, image and link. See the field list above.

Do I need an Eventim account or an API key? No. The actor reads what any visitor of the shop sees, without logging in. You only need an Apify account.

Which searches can I run? Keywords (artists, shows, tours, teams, venues), Eventim links (event, artist, tour, city, venue, search pages), event IDs, cities and categories, on 13 Eventim shops. Keywords combine with cities, and dates, categories and the on-sale switch narrow everything except event IDs.

Can I type cities and categories in English? Yes. Munich and MΓΌnchen both work on eventim.de, Vienna and Wien on oeticket.com, Concerts and Konzerte both work. When a city matches nothing as typed, the actor looks up how the shop writes it (Zurich becomes ZΓΌrich) and says so in the log. Category names follow each shop's own list, given in the Input parameters section.

How many events can one run return? There is no fixed ceiling: set maxItems to what you need. One run returned 16,394 Berlin event dates in 43 seconds. With several keywords, cities or links, maxItems is shared fairly, and what a small search leaves goes to the others.

How fresh is the data? Live: every run reads the shops at that moment. Prices, statuses and sell-outs are those of the run time, so schedule the actor to follow changes.

Why is the price empty on some rows? Eventim shows no price when no ticket can be bought: sold out, cancelled, or not yet on sale. The row still comes with its status and on-sale flag, so you know which case it is.

Does it return past events? No, unless you ask for them. Without dateFrom, the search starts today: finished events stay out, while exhibitions and shows that are still running stay in, with their original start date.

Can I run several shops in one run? Yes, through links: each link is read on its own shop, so an oeticket.com link and an eventim.co.uk link can sit in the same run. Keywords, cities, categories and IDs use the shop picked in country.

Why did an event ID come back empty? An ID belongs to one shop. If the event was found on eventim.co.uk, set country to gb, or paste the event link instead, which carries its shop. The run log names every ID it could not find.

This actor extracts publicly available event data from Eventim shops. It does not bypass any login, paywall or CAPTCHA, and it never buys, holds or reserves tickets. Users are responsible for complying with Eventim's terms of service and with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL where relevant). The output describes events, venues and organising companies; a promoter can be a person trading under their own name, so handle those rows as personal data where the law requires it. The data returned is informational: check prices and availability on the shop before acting on them.
