2GIS Reviews Scraper (2ГИС) | Ratings, Photos and Owner Replies (2026)

1 URL. 100 2GIS reviews. 42 fields per review.

From SilentFlow. Creators of Pinterest Scraper (#1 for “pinterest pins scraper” in Apify Store search) and Leboncoin Scraper Ppe, with 260,000+ combined lifetime runs.

Every 2GIS (2ГИС) review of the places you care about, one clean row each, with the stars, the text, the author, the photos, the owner's reply and the full place card attached. Paste a place link, press Start: the 100 newest reviews of Moscow Zoo came back in 4 seconds on our test run, each with 48 data fields. A 2GIS review parser (Парсер отзывов 2ГИС) that works on 2gis.ru, 2gis.kz, 2gis.ae and every other 2GIS city, with no 2GIS account and no API key.

Why choose this actor?

Reading 2GIS reviews branch by branch in the app, then copying them into a spreadsheet? Finding out about a wave of one-star reviews a week too late? Getting review text with no address, no phone and no idea which branch it was about?

  • 48 fields per review, the place included. A row is not just stars and text: it carries the review link, confirmed-visit badges, photos, videos, emoji reactions, likes, comments, the owner's reply with its date, the author's review count and 21 fields about the place (category, address, postcode, district, city, country, coordinates, rating, review count, phone, website, chain). On the default run (100 reviews of Moscow Zoo), 41 of them were filled on at least half the rows: a confirmed visit on 67 reviews, photos on 26 (79 photos and 6 videos), an edit date on 56.
  • Start from a link, a search term or a place ID, and mix them. Paste any 2GIS link (a place, a search, a chain's branches, a go.2gis.com short link), type what you look for with a city, or list place IDs from a previous run. One run with a Dubai search link, a Moscow chain link and one place ID, kept to 1 and 2 star reviews of the last year, came back as 14 reviews from 5 places in 4 seconds.
  • Nothing to fill in before you press Start. No field is mandatory: a link alone, an ID alone or a search term alone is enough, and every limit has a sensible default. The search term кофейня with the city Almaty, and nothing else, returned 60 reviews of 3 coffee places in 2 seconds.

Try 2GIS Reviews Scraper

Try your first 2GIS reviews

Paste this input in the JSON tab, or keep the prefilled form and press Start. It reads the 100 newest reviews of Moscow Zoo, one of the most reviewed places on 2GIS with more than 6,000 reviews, each with its stars, text, author, photos and the zoo's address, phone, website and rating. It took 3 to 4 seconds on our test runs.

Runs on the Apify Free plan: sign up, open the actor, press Start. Each review lands as one row of the dataset, which you can open as a table, download as CSV, Excel or JSON, or read from the API. Swap the link for any place you follow (your own branch, a competitor, a hotel in Dubai or a clinic in Almaty), or clear it and type a search term instead.

How to scrape 2GIS reviews and owner replies

Get the newest reviews of one place

Paste the place's link as it appears in your browser. Any 2GIS site works, and the reviews tab link works too.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://2gis.ru/moscow/firm/4504127908731515" }
],
"maxReviewsPerPlace": 100
}

Pull the reviews of every coffee shop a search finds

Type the term as a local would, pick the city, and choose how many places to read. On our test run, кофейня in Moscow with 20 places and 50 reviews each returned 649 reviews in 6 seconds, 382 of them with the owner's reply.

{
"searchQueries": ["кофейня"],
"location": "moscow",
"maxPlaces": 20,
"maxReviewsPerPlace": 50
}

Keep only the 1 and 2 star reviews of the last year

Links, search links and IDs mix in one run, and the star, date and order filters apply to all of them. This run returned 14 reviews from 5 places in 4 seconds, every one of them rated 1 or 2 and posted after 7 October 2025.

Accepted inputs

  • Place links: https://2gis.ru/moscow/firm/4504127908731515, the same with /tab/reviews, a review link (…/tab/reviews/review/303708917), a place opened from a search (…/search/кафе/firm/70000001006794808/…), and links with map coordinates after them (?m=…).
  • Search links: https://2gis.ru/moscow/search/кофейня, https://2gis.ae/dubai/search/coffee. The city comes from the link.
  • Chain links: https://2gis.ru/moscow/branches/70000001086813549 reads the branches of an organisation in that city.
  • Short links: https://go.2gis.com/… links are followed to the place, search or chain they open.
  • Every 2GIS site: 2gis.ru, 2gis.kz, 2gis.uz, 2gis.kg, 2gis.az, 2gis.am, 2gis.ge, 2gis.ae, 2gis.cz, 2gis.it, 2gis.cl and the others.
  • Place IDs: the digits after /firm/, alone or with the code 2GIS sometimes adds after an underscore.
  • Cities: a code from the list (moscow, spb, almaty, nur_sultan, dubai), or a name in English, Russian or the local language (Saint Petersburg, Екатеринбург, Tashkent, Astana).

Entries that are not a 2GIS link or ID are skipped with a message in the log, and the rest of the run goes on.

What data can you extract from 2GIS?

Each row is one review: 27 fields about the review itself and 21 about the place it is about, plus the search term that found it and the time of the run.

GroupFields
Review (2)id, url (permanent link to the review on 2GIS)
Content (10)rating, text, source, originalUrl, isVerified, visitsCount, trustBadges, photoUrls, photoCount, videoUrls
Owner's reply (4)hasOfficialAnswer, officialAnswerText, officialAnswerDate, officialAnswerBy
Author (5)authorName, authorId, authorPublicId, authorReviewsCount, authorPhotoUrl
Engagement (4)likesCount, commentsCount, reactionsCount, reactions
Dates (2)dateCreated, dateEdited
Place (21)placeId, placeName, placeUrl, placeCategory, placeCategories, placeAddress, placePostcode, placeDistrict, placeCity, placeRegion, placeCountry, placeCountryCode, placeLatitude, placeLongitude, placeRating, placeReviewCount, placePhone, placeWebsite, placeOrgId, placeOrgName, placeBranchCount
Run (2)searchQuery, scrapedAt

What to know about the values:

  • Dates are in UTC, in RFC 3339 (2026-09-05T11:37:43Z), so they sort and compare correctly across time zones. dateEdited is null when the author never changed the review.
  • Stars are whole numbers from 1 to 5. A few reviews 2GIS imports from partner sites (Foursquare, banks) come without stars: their rating is null and source names the partner, with originalUrl pointing to the original.
  • Confirmed visits: isVerified is true when 2GIS marks the review as confirmed, visitsCount is the number of visits it counted, and trustBadges holds the badges as 2GIS shows them (2 посещения, Частый гость).
  • Reactions count the emoji readers left on a review ({"fire": 4, "green_heart": 1}); likesCount is the separate like counter.
  • Links: url, placeUrl and the IDs are stable and good keys for a database. Photo and video links point to 2GIS's media servers and stay valid while the review is online; download the files you want to archive.
  • Place names and categories come in Russian for Russia and Central Asia and in English in the Gulf, as 2GIS shows them to visitors there. The review text is kept as the author wrote it, in any language.
  • Absent values are null, never an empty string. Lists with no entry (photoUrls, trustBadges) are null too.

The dataset has five ready views: Reviews, Owner replies, Authors and trust, Places, and Photos and reactions.

Advanced usage

Catch the complaints of every branch of a chain

Paste the chain's branches link from 2GIS and keep the 1 and 2 star reviews. On the fast-food chain Вкусно и точка in Moscow, 50 branches gave 956 low-star reviews in 14 seconds, 728 of them with the owner's reply, so you see both what went wrong and how each branch answered.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://2gis.ru/moscow/branches/4504136498431554" }
],
"maxPlaces": 50,
"maxReviewsPerPlace": 20,
"ratings": ["1", "2"]
}

Follow your own places every week

List the place IDs you track (the placeId column of a first run) and keep the last 7 days. Schedule the task weekly in Apify and connect it to Slack, Google Sheets or a webhook: each run brings only the new reviews. Two Moscow places gave 23 reviews of the past week in 2 seconds.

{
"placeIds": ["4504127908731515", "70000001113359188"],
"dateFrom": "7 days",
"sortBy": "newest"
}

Benchmark the clinics of a city on trust and replies

Most trusted first puts confirmed visits and detailed reviews on top, the way the 2GIS app ranks them. Ten dental clinics in Saint Petersburg gave 276 reviews in 4 seconds, 256 of them answered by the clinic: a quick read of who replies, and how.

{
"searchQueries": ["стоматология"],
"location": "spb",
"maxPlaces": 10,
"maxReviewsPerPlace": 30,
"sortBy": "trusted"
}

Read the full history of one place

Raise the per-place limit, or set it to 0 for every review. The 1,000 newest reviews of Moscow Zoo took 21 seconds on our test run. Raise maxItems too, as it caps the whole run.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://2gis.ru/moscow/firm/4504127908731515" }
],
"maxReviewsPerPlace": 1000,
"maxItems": 1000
}

Cover Central Asia and the Gulf

2GIS is the main map in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan and also runs in the Gulf. Type the city in English and the search term in the local language: hotels (гостиница) in Tashkent gave 190 reviews from 10 hotels in 3 seconds, restaurants (ресторан) in Almaty 500 reviews from 10 places in 7 seconds, and a coffee search link on 2gis.ae 96 reviews of Dubai coffee shops in 3 seconds.

{
"searchQueries": ["гостиница"],
"location": "tashkent",
"maxPlaces": 10,
"maxReviewsPerPlace": 20
}

FAQ

What is 2GIS? 2GIS (2ГИС) is the city map and business directory most used in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, the local counterpart of Google Maps there, and it also covers cities in the Caucasus, the Gulf and Europe. People use it to find a place, check its hours and read its reviews, which makes it the main source of local reviews in those countries.

Do I need a 2GIS account or an API key? No. The actor reads the reviews any visitor of 2GIS can see, with no login, no account and no key to set up.

What do I get for each review? One row with 48 data fields: the stars, the text, the dates, the author and their review count, the confirmed-visit badges, photos, videos, reactions, likes and comments, the owner's reply with its date, and 21 fields about the place, from its address and coordinates to its phone, website, rating and chain. See the output example above.

Can I get only the new reviews, or only the bad ones? Yes. dateFrom keeps the reviews posted since a date or within an age (7 days, 3 months), and ratings keeps the stars you pick. They combine: ratings 1 and 2 with dateFrom 30 days and newest first gives last month's complaints, and each place stops reading at the first older review.

How many reviews can I get from one place? As many as 2GIS shows for it. maxReviewsPerPlace sets the number (100 by default, 0 for all of them) and maxItems caps the whole run. The 1,000 newest reviews of Moscow Zoo, which has more than 6,000, took 21 seconds on our test run.

Why can the number of reviews differ from the count on the place card? The count on the card (placeReviewCount) is 2GIS's own total, and 2GIS keeps some reviews out of the public list (moderated or hidden ones). The actor returns the reviews the public list shows; with filters, only the ones that match them.

Can I scrape several places, searches or cities in one run? Yes. Put several links, terms and IDs in the same run: each review comes once, even when two inputs lead to the same place. Search terms share one city per run; to cover several cities, paste their search links (https://2gis.kz/almaty/search/кофейня) or run one task per city.

Does it include the reviews 2GIS takes from other sites? Yes, when 2GIS shows them: a few places carry reviews imported from partners such as Foursquare. Their source names the partner and originalUrl links to the original; reviews written on 2GIS have source set to 2GIS.

How fresh is the data? Live. Every run reads 2GIS at the moment it runs, so a review posted a minute ago is in the next run, and a review removed by its author is gone from it.

Are review links and photo links permanent? The review link (url), the place link and all IDs are stable. Photo and video links point to 2GIS's media servers and work as long as the review stays online; download the files if you need to keep them.

Can I use it from Python, JavaScript or an AI agent? Yes. Call silentflow/2gis-reviews-scraper with the Apify client in Python or JavaScript, from the Apify API, or from an agent through the Apify MCP server. The "Copy to your AI assistant" block above gives an assistant everything it needs.

This Actor extracts publicly available data from 2GIS (2ГИС). It does not bypass any login, paywall or CAPTCHA. Users are responsible for complying with 2GIS's terms of service and applicable data protection laws (GDPR in the European Union, CCPA in California, PIPL in China, and Russia's Federal Law 152-FZ on personal data where relevant). Reviews carry the author name, profile picture and photos 2GIS shows publicly, so treat them as personal data when you store, analyse or publish them, and keep only what your purpose needs. The data returned is informational: ratings, replies and place details change over time, so verify them before a regulated use.
