In our tests 17 of 22 product links were found; a product Alibaba does not show in search is skipped, named in the log and never billed. A link that lost its title words (/product-detail/_1601446381116.html) cannot be looked up: copy the full address from Alibaba.
• A link pasted among the keywords is read as a link. A link from another site is skipped and named in the log.

What data can you extract from Alibaba?

Every row is one product card, with 51 fields in six groups. Numbers are numbers (prices in US dollars with the currency in its own field, MOQ as an integer beside its unit, scores and rates as decimals), absent values are null rather than empty strings, and dates are RFC 3339 in UTC.

One row per Alibaba.com product card, with 51 fields: the product (id, link, title, category, certifications, promotion tags), the offer (USD price range, unit, MOQ, discount, dispatch days), the ratings and the comments buyers repeat, and the supplier (name, country, years, star level, badges, the firm that verified it, its audits, transactions and volume, export markets, main products, response rate and time, and the link to send it an inquiry).

Do I need an Alibaba account? No. The actor reads what any visitor of Alibaba.com sees without logging in. There is no login, no API key and nothing to install.

Which inputs can I give it? Keywords, Alibaba search result links, product list pages and product page links, all in the same run. Search links and product list pages run like a keyword. Product page links are looked up in Alibaba search by the title words of the link.

Why was one of my product links skipped? A product link is found through Alibaba search, and Alibaba does not show every product for its own title. In our tests 17 of 22 product links were found. A skipped product is named in the log, produces no row and is never billed. Searching its name as a keyword is the way to find similar offers.

Are prices in US dollars? Yes. priceMin and priceMax are the USD range shown on the card, with currency set to USD in its own field. unit says what the price is for (piece, pair, meter, set).

How fresh is the data? Live. Every run reads Alibaba.com at the moment it runs; nothing comes from a cache. Alibaba re-ranks results every day, so rank and page move while id stays the same.

How many products can one keyword return? A common keyword runs to thousands of products at 40 per page (the yoga mat search showed 256 pages on 25 Sep 2026). maxItems sets how many rows you want, and it is shared evenly across your keywords and search links.

Do the filters combine? Yes. maxPrice 10 with maxMoq 50 and verifiedSupplierOnly keeps products under 10 US dollars a unit, orderable from 50 units or fewer, from verified suppliers. In our test that input kept 28 dog beds out of 132 checked. Filters never remove a product you asked for by its link.

Why are some fields null? Alibaba does not show every value on every card. A product nobody rated has null scores and a reviewCount of 0; a supplier without recorded transactions has null transaction fields; discountPercent is set only while a promotion runs.

Can I contact the suppliers from the results? Yes. Every row carries supplierContactUrl, the link behind the Contact supplier button of the product card, and the link names the product. It was filled on all 50 rows of the prefilled run. Open it in a browser signed in to your Alibaba buyer account to write to the supplier. The actor never sends messages itself.

Can I get the cheapest offers first? Rows come in the order Alibaba shows buyers, with rank and page saying where each product stood. To rank by price, export the dataset and sort it on priceMin in your spreadsheet, or set maxPrice so only offers starting at or under your ceiling are kept.

What is Alibaba.com? Alibaba.com (阿里巴巴) is Alibaba Group's international B2B marketplace, where manufacturers and trading companies, most of them in China, sell wholesale to buyers worldwide. It is the wholesale counterpart of AliExpress, which sells to consumers one item at a time, and the international counterpart of 1688.com, Alibaba's domestic Chinese wholesale site.

Are the links and images permanent? url, supplierUrl and supplierProductsUrl are permanent addresses without tracking parameters. Image links point to the full-size files on Alibaba's own image servers. supplierContactUrl is kept as Alibaba wrote it on the card; if it stops opening the form some time after the run, the Contact supplier button on the product page (url) does the same.
