Sunbiz Companies Scraper | New Florida LLCs, Corporations and Their Owners (2026)

Sunbiz companies, 36 fields each, from any type.

From SilentFlow. Creators of Facebook Search Scraper and Pinterest Scraper, with 590,000+ combined lifetime runs.

The Florida companies registered this week, newest first, with the owner's name, the registered agent and the mailing address on every row. The 20 newest Florida LLCs in 25 seconds, 100 in under a minute.

Why choose this actor?

Mailing a welcome offer to new LLC owners, and finding out three competitors got there first? Copying new companies from Sunbiz one page at a time, because the site has no list of what was filed today? Downloading the state's bulk files and then needing someone to load them?

  • Hit Start with nothing typed. No field is required. The prefilled run returned the 20 newest Florida LLCs in 25 seconds, 19 of them filed between 19 and 21 October 2026, each with the manager's name and the company address.
  • 33 filled fields on a brand-new company. On the 100 newest Florida LLCs, 33 data fields were filled on at least half of the rows: owners with their titles and addresses, principal and mailing address split into street, city, state, ZIP and country, registered agent, filing date and the link to the articles of organization. 95 of those 100 companies named at least one manager or member.
  • Names, numbers and links in the same run. Next to the newest companies, look up existing ones by company name, document number, FEI/EIN number or any search.sunbiz.org link, as many as you like per run. One name, three numbers and one link returned 21 companies in 6 seconds, and the number Sunbiz did not know was named in the log.

It reads Sunbiz (search.sunbiz.org), the company register of the Florida Division of Corporations.
One row = one Florida company record. Main use: the newest companies of a type, newest first.
Input (no field is required; an empty input returns the newest Florida LLCs):
- companyTypes (array of strings): newest companies of each type, newest document number first.
Values: "llc" (Florida LLCs), "corporation" (Florida profit corporations), "nonprofit",
"partnership" (Florida limited partnerships), "foreign-llc", "foreign-corporation",
"foreign-partnership" (out-of-state companies registered in Florida). Prefilled with ["llc"].
- searches (array of strings): company names or their first words, e.g. ["coffee"]. A document number
(L26000400000) or an FEI/EIN with its dash (45-3989054) typed here is looked up directly.
- companyIds (array of strings): Florida document numbers (L26000400000, P21000012345, N14993)
or 9-digit FEI/EIN numbers (45-3989054 or 453989054).
- startUrls (array of {url}): search.sunbiz.org result lists of any search type, or company pages.
- filedAfter (string): "YYYY-MM-DD" or an age such as "2 days", "1 week", "1 month". Keeps companies
filed on or after it. For companyTypes the run stops once filings get older.
- status (string, default "all"): "all", "active" or "inactive".
- maxItems (integer, default 100, prefilled 20): most companies per input (per type, name, number or URL).
Output per company (50 columns, flat, null when Sunbiz has no value, dates in RFC 3339 UTC):
- id (string, = documentNumber), url (string, permanent Sunbiz page), entityName, documentNumber
- entityType (e.g. "Florida Limited Liability Company"), status ("ACTIVE"/"INACTIVE"), isActive (bool),
statusCode (list code of a name search, else null), feiEinNumber, state (state or country of formation)
- filingDate, effectiveDate, lastEvent, lastEventDate, lastEventEffectiveDate, crossReferenceName, hasNameHistory (bool)
- principalAddress, principalStreet, principalCity, principalState, principalZip, principalCountry, principalAddressChangedAt
- mailingAddress, mailingStreet, mailingCity, mailingState, mailingZip, mailingCountry, mailingAddressChangedAt
- registeredAgentName, registeredAgentAddress, registeredAgentStreet, registeredAgentCity, registeredAgentState,
registeredAgentZip, registeredAgentNameChangedAt, registeredAgentAddressChangedAt
- officers (array of {title, name, documentNumber?, address, street, city, state, zip}),
officerNames (string, "NAME (TITLE); NAME (TITLE)"), officerCount (int)
- matchedName (string, set when a pasted officer or agent search found the company)
- annualReports (array of {year, filedDate}), lastAnnualReportYear (int), lastAnnualReportDate
- filingHistory (array of {date, description, pdfUrl}), filingCount (int)
- searchQuery (the input that found the row, e.g. "Newest Florida LLCs"), scrapedAt

maxItemsinteger100 (20 in the form)Most companies per input: per company type, name, number or URL.

No field is required. With nothing filled in, a run lists the newest Florida LLCs; every other setting has a working default.

Formats accepted:

  • Company types: pick them in the list. From the API, the values are llc, corporation, nonprofit, partnership, foreign-llc, foreign-corporation and foreign-partnership. Out-of-state corporations include out-of-state nonprofits, as Sunbiz numbers them together.
  • Company names: anything you would type in the Sunbiz entity name search: coffee, Sunshine Bakery, The Roofing Guys LLC. Sunbiz sorts names without The, Of, Company, Corporation, Inc. or LLC, and returns every name that starts with the words.
  • Document numbers: the Florida filing number, a letter followed by digits (L26000400000 for an LLC, P21000012345 for a corporation, N14993 for a nonprofit, M22000004323 for an out-of-state LLC) or 6 digits for the oldest records (675800). Lower case and spaces are fine.
  • FEI/EIN numbers: 9 digits with or without the dash, 45-3989054 or 453989054. In the names field, type them with the dash so a company called "1800 Flowers" stays a name search.
  • Sunbiz URLs: any search result page (https://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResults?inquiryType=EntityName&searchTerm=pizza, officer, registered agent, ZIP code, address or FEI/EIN lists, first page or a later one) and any company page (.../SearchResultDetail?...&aggregateId=...).
  • Filed on or after: a calendar date YYYY-MM-DD, or an age counted back from the start of the run: 2 days, 1 week, 3 months. An age keeps a scheduled run looking at the same window every time.

What data can you extract from Sunbiz?

Every row is one Florida company. The same 50 columns are on every row, in the same order, so a CSV or a spreadsheet import never shifts.

The dataset opens on three ready-made tables: Companies (name, number, type, filing date, city, owners, status, link), Leads (owners, principal and mailing address, registered agent) and Filings (FEI/EIN, status, last event, last annual report, document count).

A few things worth knowing about the data:

  • id and documentNumber are the Florida document number, which never changes for a company. url is the permanent address of the company page on Sunbiz: it opens the same record next year.
  • Dates are RFC 3339 in UTC (2026-10-19T00:00:00Z). A date Sunbiz shows as NONE is null.
  • filingDate is the date the filing was received. Sunbiz gives the document number when it processes the filing, usually a few days later: on 22 October 2026, 85 of the 100 newest LLCs had been filed on 19 October, 12 on 21 October, and one filed on 1 July had just been processed.
  • officerNames puts every owner on one line with the title Sunbiz gives: MGR (manager), AMBR (authorized member), AP (authorized person), P (president), D (director), VP, T, S. The full list with each address is in officers. Sunbiz lists a person once per title, so the same name can appear twice.
  • A company filed this year usually has no FEI/EIN yet (feiEinNumber is null) and no annual report: the first one is due between 1 January and 1 May of the next year.
  • statusCode and matchedName come from search lists. They are null on the newest companies and on companies read by number.
  • pdfUrl links open the filing image on Sunbiz: articles of organization or incorporation, annual reports, amendments, dissolutions.
  • Addresses are written as the filer typed them. When a filer left out the ZIP code, principalZip is null and the full address still shows what was filed.

Advanced usage

Get every new Florida LLC each morning

Schedule this input daily in Apify (Schedules tab). With an age instead of a date, each run looks back 2 days from its own start, so no new company falls between two runs, and a company both runs find appears in both datasets with the same id, easy to drop in your CRM. Florida had given out more than 534,000 LLC numbers for 2026 by 22 October, about 1,800 a day, so the cap is set high: the run still stops by itself once filings get older than 2 days. Our runs read about 100 companies a minute, so give a run of a few thousand companies an hour in Run options.

{
"companyTypes": ["llc"],
"filedAfter": "2 days",
"status": "active",
"maxItems": 6000
}

Find out-of-state companies that just registered in Florida

A Delaware or New York company that registers in Florida is opening an office, a store or a job site there. This input lists the out-of-state LLCs and corporations registered in the last week, with the state they come from in state and their Florida address.

{
"companyTypes": ["foreign-llc", "foreign-corporation"],
"filedAfter": "1 week",
"maxItems": 500
}

Build a list of nonprofits created this month

New churches, foundations, homeowners associations and charities, with their directors and registered agent: a list for grant programs, donor software, insurance and accounting services that serve nonprofits.

{
"companyTypes": ["nonprofit"],
"filedAfter": "1 month",
"maxItems": 2000
}

Get the newest limited partnerships and their general partners

Florida limited partnerships are often family holdings and real estate vehicles. Their general partners are listed in officers and officerNames, and a general partner that is itself a Florida company carries its own document number there, ready for a second lookup.

{
"companyTypes": ["partnership", "foreign-partnership"],
"maxItems": 50
}

See which companies one person opened recently

Paste a search you made on search.sunbiz.org (here an officer and registered agent search) and keep only the companies filed since a date. Our run read the 133 companies listed under "Herrera, Rafael" and kept the 8 filed since 1 January 2024, in 29 seconds, with the exact name each was found under in matchedName. Older companies on the list are read and left out, so pick a narrow search: a long list takes longer to go through.

FAQ

What is Sunbiz? Sunbiz (sunbiz.org) is the website of the Florida Division of Corporations, the state office where every Florida LLC, corporation, nonprofit and limited partnership is filed, and where out-of-state companies register to do business in Florida. Its search shows one company at a time; this actor turns it into rows.

How new are the newest companies? They are read live from Sunbiz when the run starts. Sunbiz numbers a filing when it processes it, usually a few days after the filing date. On 22 October 2026 the newest Florida LLC was numbered L26000534657 and was filed on 21 October; most of the 100 newest had been filed on 19 October.

How do I get every company filed since a given day? Set filedAfter to the date (2026-10-15) or to an age (7 days), and set maxItems high enough for the volume: Florida numbers about 1,800 LLCs a day (more than 534,000 for 2026 by 22 October). The run walks down from the newest number and stops once the filings it reads are older than your date. A filing processed very late, with an older filing date, can sit among the newest numbers: it is left out when it is older than your date.

Can I filter by city, county or ZIP code? Not in the input: the newest companies come from all over Florida (the 100 newest LLCs of 22 October 2026 had their principal address in 72 different cities). Every row carries principalCity, principalZip, mailingCity and mailingZip, so a filter in your spreadsheet or CRM keeps your area. To search existing companies of one ZIP code, paste a Sunbiz ZIP code search in startUrls.

Do I need a Sunbiz account or an API key? No. The Sunbiz register is public. The actor needs no login, no Sunbiz account and no API key of any kind.

Does it give emails or phone numbers? No. Sunbiz does not publish them. You get the owners' names and titles, the principal and mailing addresses, and the registered agent: what you need for a letter, a mailer or a search in your own contact tools.

Why do new companies have no FEI/EIN and no annual report? A new company files its first annual report in the year after it was formed, between 1 January and 1 May, and many give their FEI/EIN only then. Until then feiEinNumber, annualReports and lastAnnualReportYear are null. A lookup of an older company fills them.

Can I look up companies I already know? Yes. Type company names in searches, document or FEI/EIN numbers in companyIds, or paste search.sunbiz.org links in startUrls. Clear the company types box if you only want the lookups. Each name, number and link returns up to maxItems companies, and a company found twice in the same run is delivered once.

How many companies can one run return? There is no fixed limit: maxItems caps each input (each company type, name, number or link). A company type goes back through the numbers of the current year and of the year before; a name search stops where the names stop matching.

What happens around New Year? Sunbiz numbers a filing for the year it takes effect. Late in December, filings effective on 1 January already carry the next year's numbers: the actor reads them first, then the current year's. In early January, when the new year has few filings, the run goes on with the newest of the year before.

Are the links permanent? url is built from the document number and opens the same company page every time. The pdfUrl links of filingHistory open the filing images on Sunbiz and stay valid as long as Sunbiz keeps the document.

What if I need searches by officer, ZIP code or street address? Paste the Sunbiz search link in startUrls, or use our Sunbiz Scraper, which takes officer names, ZIP codes and street addresses as plain inputs.

Is it legal to collect this data? The data is public: Florida publishes its company register for anyone to read. How you use it is your responsibility; see the legal section below, in particular for direct marketing to the people named as owners.

This Actor extracts publicly available data from Sunbiz (search.sunbiz.org), the public company register of the Florida Division of Corporations. It does not bypass any login, paywall, or CAPTCHA. Users are responsible for complying with the Florida Department of State's terms of use and applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL where relevant). The records name owners, managers, directors and registered agents, often private individuals with their home address: handle that personal data accordingly, for a legitimate purpose, and respect opt-out requests and do-not-mail rules in direct marketing. The data returned is informational; for an official certificate of status, order one from the Florida Division of Corporations.
