MakersRow Scraper (Maker's Row) | US Manufacturers, Production Capabilities and Reviews (2026)

MakersRow manufacturers, 45 fields each, from any search.

From SilentFlow. Creators of Facebook Search Scraper and JD Products Scraper (#1 for โ€œjd scraperโ€ in Apify Store search), with 650,000+ combined lifetime runs.

Every US factory on Maker's Row in one spreadsheet: what it makes, what it says it can do at each production stage, the batch sizes it takes, its equipment, badges, ratings and reviews. 20 handbag manufacturers in 10 seconds, 60 embroidery shops in New York in 25 seconds.

Why choose this actor?

Opening 40 factory profiles one tab at a time to find out which ones make samples? Copying "what they make" lists into a sheet by hand, then losing track of who takes small runs? Sending a project brief to a factory that only does 300 pieces and up?

  • Each production stage gets its own column, in the factory's own words. Pattern-making, sample-making, production, materials, tooling, ideation and drafting each have a column holding the manufacturer's own answer, next to its batch sizes, supplier types and equipment. On the prefilled run, 41 of the 48 data columns were filled on at least half of the 20 rows, and each manufacturer answered 4.7 production stages on average.
  • The full profile, not a card. Every row carries the complete product list (16 categories per manufacturer on average on that run), the vetted, premium, preferred and claimed badges, the star breakdown, the reviews with their text and month, opening hours, logo, cover and work photos. 17 of the 20 handbag manufacturers of the prefilled run were vetted by Maker's Row.
  • Paste what you already have. Type keywords with category, industry, state and city filters, paste any app.makersrow.com link (a search with its filters, a category, state or city page, a profile), or list manufacturer slugs, all in one run. Three slugs and a category link returned 9 manufacturers in 5 seconds, and the slug that no longer exists was named in the log.

You have access to the MakersRow Scraper on Apify: silentflow/makersrow-scraper
It reads Maker's Row (app.makersrow.com), the directory of about 11,650 US manufacturers and factories.
One row = one manufacturer profile. No field is required; an empty input reads the whole directory,
most relevant first.
Input:
- searchQueries (array of strings, prefilled ["handbags"]): keywords, one search each, e.g. ["private label", "cut and sew"].
The filters below apply to every keyword. A Maker's Row link typed here is read as a link.
- startUrls (array of {url}): app.makersrow.com links. Directory searches (/manufacturers?q=denim&state=CA),
category, industry, state or city pages (/manufacturers/category/handbags) are read page after page;
profile links (/baikal-inc1) are read as one manufacturer.
- factorySlugs (array of strings): manufacturer slugs (baikal-inc1) or profile URLs.
- category (string, one of 66 slugs): e.g. "handbags", "t-shirts-sweatshirts", "leather-goods", "tables", "cosmetics".
- industry (string): "apparel", "packaging", "furniture" or "other".
- state (string): US state code ("CA") or name ("California").
- city (string): e.g. "Los Angeles".
- maxItems (integer, default 100, prefilled 20): most manufacturers per run, all inputs together.
- debugMode (boolean, default false).
Output per manufacturer (52 columns, flat, null when the profile has no value, dates RFC 3339 UTC):
- id (int, Maker's Row id), slug, url (permanent profile page), name
- tagline, description, industry, categories (array), tags (array, the profile's specialities)
- capabilities (array of stages), ideationDetails, draftingDetails, patternMakingDetails, materialsDetails,
sampleMakingDetails, toolingDetails, productionDetails (strings: the factory's own answer per stage)
- productionBatchSizes (array, e.g. "Small Batch (under 300 pieces)"), materialSupplierTypes (array, e.g. "Mill", "Distributor")
- equipment (array), clientele (array: "Students", "Small Businesses", "Big Brands", "Beginners")
- foundedYear (int), teamSize (int, as the profile shows it)
- isVetted, isPremium (null when not found through a directory page), isPreferred, isClaimed, hasPayments,
hasWebsite, hasPhone, hasVideo (booleans)
- rating (float, null without reviews), reviewsCount (int), ratingDistribution ({"1".."5": count}), followers (int)
- location, city, state, country, countryCode, businessHours (array of {day, open, close})
- logoUrl, coverImageUrl, imagesCount (int), galleryImages (array), galleryCaptions (array), videoUrl
- reviews (array of {author, title, text, rating, publishedAt})
- searchQuery, searchUrl, position (meta: the search that found the row and its rank), scrapedAt
Use apify-client for Python or JavaScript, or the Apify API, to run it and read the dataset.

How to scrape Maker's Row manufacturers

Find manufacturers for a product

One keyword, the 100 most relevant manufacturers. Maker's Row matches the keyword against names, descriptions, specialities and categories, so a product (hoodies), a material (leather) or a service (private label) all work.

{
"searchQueries": ["private label"]
}

Shortlist one category in one state

No keyword: the filters alone browse the directory. Our run for T-Shirts / SweatShirts manufacturers in California returned 15 manufacturers in 7 seconds, all based in California and all listing T-Shirts / SweatShirts among the products they make.

{
"category": "t-shirts-sweatshirts",
"state": "California",
"maxItems": 15
}

Combine keywords, filters and the manufacturers you already know

Two keywords narrowed to the apparel industry in New York City, plus two manufacturers you already work with. A manufacturer that several inputs find is delivered once.

{
"searchQueries": ["embroidery", "screen printing"],
"industry": "apparel",
"state": "NY",
"city": "New York",
"factorySlugs": ["baikal-inc1", "lefty-productionco"],
"maxItems": 80
}

Input parameters

ParameterTypeDefaultWhat it does
searchQueriesarray of text["handbags"] in the formKeywords, one Maker's Row search each. Products, materials or services: handbags, leather, cut and sew, private label.
startUrlsarray of URLsemptyapp.makersrow.com links: a directory search with its filters, a category, industry, state or city page, or a manufacturer profile.
factorySlugsarray of textemptyManufacturer slugs (baikal-inc1) or full profile URLs.
categoryselectanyOne of 66 product categories, from Accessories and Active Wear to Tables, Cosmetics and Shipping & Storage.
industryselectanyApparel & Accessories, Packaging, Furniture & Home Decor, or Other.
stateselect or textanyA US state: pick it, or type a code (CA) or a name (California).
citytextemptyA city as Maker's Row spells it: Los Angeles, Brooklyn, New York.
maxItemsinteger100 (20 in the form)Most manufacturers per run, all keywords, links and slugs together.
debugModebooleanfalseLogs every page read, to troubleshoot a run.

No field is required. With nothing filled in, a run reads the whole Maker's Row directory, most relevant first, up to maxItems.

Formats accepted:

  • Keywords: any text, one search per entry. A link typed among the keywords is read as a link.
  • Links: https://app.makersrow.com/manufacturers?q=denim&state=CA, https://app.makersrow.com/manufacturers/category/handbags, https://app.makersrow.com/manufacturers/state/california, https://app.makersrow.com/manufacturers/city/brooklyn-ny, https://app.makersrow.com/baikal-inc1. The scheme is optional, and a page number in the link is ignored: the run starts at page 1 and goes on page after page.
  • Slugs: the last part of a profile URL, in any case: baikal-inc1, Lefty-ProductionCo.
  • State: CA, ca, California, california, new-york, District of Columbia.
  • Category: the slug from the list (t-shirts-sweatshirts) or the label as the site writes it (T-Shirts / SweatShirts).

The filters (category, industry, state, city) apply to every keyword. Links and slugs are read as they are: put the filters you want inside the link.

What data can you extract from Maker's Row?

One row per manufacturer, 52 columns, always in the same order, so a CSV or Excel export keeps the same columns from one run to the next. A value the profile does not publish is null.

How to read some of them:

  • capabilities lists the production stages a manufacturer takes on. Each stage then has its own ...Details column with the manufacturer's own answer, for example "Yes, we have 5 full-time pattern and samplemakers on staff." A stage it does not take on is null.
  • productionBatchSizes comes from the production stage: Small Batch (under 300 pieces), Large Batch (over 300 pieces), and for some manufacturers Small Batch (under 50 pieces). materialSupplierTypes comes from the materials stage: Mill, Distributor, Jobber, Agent / Representative, Broker, Converter.
  • clientele says who the manufacturer takes on: Students, Small Businesses, Big Brands, Beginners. A brand on its first run filters on Beginners.
  • isVetted means Maker's Row reviewed the business details and references. isPremium means the manufacturer subscribes to Maker's Row Premium, which is separate from vetting; it is known when the manufacturer was found through a directory page and null for a profile you asked for by slug. isClaimed means the manufacturer manages its own profile.
  • hasWebsite and hasPhone say whether the manufacturer has a website and a phone number for the brands it works with. Maker's Row shares them, and the street address, only between a manufacturer and a brand once they are in touch: the row tells you which manufacturers have them, the url takes you to the profile to start a project.
  • rating is the average star rating, null when nobody reviewed the manufacturer yet. ratingDistribution counts the reviews by stars. In each review, publishedAt is the first day of the month the site shows (July 2016 becomes 2016-07-01T00:00:00Z).
  • teamSize is the number shown under "Team" on the profile.
  • id is the Maker's Row number of the manufacturer and never changes; slug and url identify its page. Use id or slug to remove duplicates when you merge runs.
  • logoUrl, coverImageUrl and galleryImages are permanent links: they keep working after the run. videoUrl is the YouTube link of the manufacturer's video.
  • searchQuery, searchUrl and position say which search found the row and at which rank, null for a manufacturer asked for by slug or profile link.

Advanced usage

Build a list of factories that take a first small run

Keywords for what you make, apparel only. In the dataset, keep the rows whose clientele contains Beginners and whose productionBatchSizes contains a small batch: those manufacturers say they work with first-time brands on short runs.

{
"searchQueries": ["activewear", "leggings", "sports bra"],
"industry": "apparel",
"maxItems": 150
}

Map an industry state by state

Run one industry with no state, then pivot the dataset on state. Each row carries its city, state and countryCode, so the export drops straight into a map or a pivot table. The Furniture & Home Decor industry listed 1,380 manufacturers on 24 October 2026.

{
"industry": "furniture",
"maxItems": 1500
}

Refresh a supplier list every month

Keep the slugs of the manufacturers you work with and schedule this input on the Apify scheduler. Each run returns their profile as it is that day: new reviews, new photos, a production stage added or dropped, a badge gained.

{
"factorySlugs": ["baikal-inc1", "lefty-productionco", "cloth-paper-scissors", "ironandwire"]
}

Paste a search you built on Maker's Row

Filter on the site, copy the address bar and paste it. Every filter of the link is kept and the run reads its pages one after the other. Our run on the Bookcases category in Illinois returned all 7 manufacturers of that list.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://app.makersrow.com/manufacturers/category/bookcases?state=IL" },
{ "url": "https://app.makersrow.com/manufacturers?q=denim&state=CA" }
],
"maxItems": 100
}

Rank sample makers by reputation

One keyword per kind of sampling work, then sort the dataset on reviewsCount and rating, and read sampleMakingDetails for how each manufacturer runs samples. The Reputation view of the dataset shows the rating, the star breakdown, the followers and the badges side by side.

{
"searchQueries": ["sample making", "pattern making", "tech packs"],
"state": "NY",
"maxItems": 120
}

FAQ

What is Maker's Row? Maker's Row is a US directory where brands find manufacturers: apparel and accessories factories, furniture and home decor workshops, packaging suppliers and more. On 24 October 2026 it listed 11,651 manufacturers: 4,431 in Apparel & Accessories, 1,849 in Packaging, 1,380 in Furniture & Home Decor and 3,991 in Other.

What exactly does a row contain? One manufacturer: its identity, what it makes, the production stages it takes on with its own answer for each, batch sizes, supplier types, equipment, who it works with, year founded, badges, rating, star breakdown, followers, reviews, location, opening hours, logo, cover, work photos and video. 52 columns in all, listed above.

Do I get email addresses and phone numbers? No. Maker's Row does not publish them on its profiles: a manufacturer's phone, website and street address are shared with a brand once they are in touch through Maker's Row. Each row tells you whether the manufacturer has a website (hasWebsite) and a phone number (hasPhone) for the brands it works with, and url takes you to the profile to start a project or a conversation.

Do I need a Maker's Row account? No. The actor reads the public profiles any visitor sees. No login, no API key.

How many manufacturers can I get? As many as your searches match, up to maxItems. There is no fixed limit in the actor. A broad keyword returns a few hundred (leather matched 851 manufacturers on 24 October 2026), the biggest category (Accessories) listed 1,337, and an empty input walks the whole directory.

How fast is it? On our runs of 24 October 2026: 20 manufacturers in 10 seconds, 15 in 7 seconds, 60 in 25 seconds across 3 directory pages.

Can I combine keywords and filters? Yes. The category, industry, state and city filters apply to every keyword. "searchQueries": ["embroidery"] with "state": "NY" and "maxItems": 60 returned the 60 manufacturers asked for on our run, every one of them in New York. With filters and no keyword, the run browses the directory through the filters only.

Can I run several keywords, links and slugs at once? Yes, in one run. Slugs and profile links are read first, then each keyword and each directory link. A manufacturer found by several of them appears once, and maxItems counts the whole run.

How fresh is the data? Live: every run reads Maker's Row at the time it runs, nothing is cached. Schedule the actor to follow reviews, badges and capabilities over time.

Why are some columns empty? Manufacturers fill their profile themselves. Some never listed equipment, opening hours or a video, and most have no review yet: on the prefilled run, 6 of the 20 handbag manufacturers had reviews. An empty value is null, never a made-up one.

Do the photo links expire? No. logoUrl, coverImageUrl and galleryImages point to the image files themselves and keep working after the run. A photo the manufacturer later removes from its profile may stop loading.

What is the difference between vetted and premium? Vetted (isVetted) means Maker's Row checked the manufacturer's business details and references. Premium (isPremium) means the manufacturer subscribes to Maker's Row Premium, which shows it in a Premium block above the search results. The two are independent: 17 of the 20 manufacturers of our prefilled run were vetted, 2 were Premium.

Is it legal to scrape Maker's Row? The actor collects publicly available business profiles, the same pages any visitor sees, without logging in. Read the Legal compliance section below and the Maker's Row terms before you reuse the data.

This Actor extracts publicly available data from Maker's Row (app.makersrow.com): business profiles that manufacturers publish to be found by brands. It does not bypass any login, paywall, or CAPTCHA, and it does not collect the contact details Maker's Row keeps between members. Users are responsible for complying with the Maker's Row terms of service and applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL where relevant). Reviews carry the reviewer's first name and last initial: handle that personal data accordingly and for a legitimate purpose. The data returned is informational; check a manufacturer's capabilities and terms with it directly before you place an order.
