Redfin Detail Scraper | Property Data, Redfin Estimates and Climate Risk (2026)

Redfin homes, 109 fields each, from any URL.

From SilentFlow. Creators of Facebook Search Scraper and JD Products Scraper (#1 for โ€œjd scraperโ€ in Apify Store search), with 890,000+ combined lifetime runs.

Turn a list of Redfin links, property IDs or street addresses into one full property record per home: price and status, home facts, listing agent and phone, tax roll, price history, schools, Redfin value and rent estimates, flood, fire, heat and wind risk, and every photo. 20 homes in 15 seconds on our test run, no account.

Why choose this actor?

Opening one Redfin tab per address to copy the estimate, the tax bill and the flood zone? Holding a list of property IDs that your current tool refuses without a second ID? Getting back a handful of nested fields when the page shows a hundred?

  • 107 fields filled per home, as plain columns. On the prefilled run (20 homes, November 4, 2026), 107 data fields were filled on at least half of the rows: address, status, price, beds, baths, square feet, MLS number, parcel number, county, heating, cooling, roof, flooring, parking, appliances, annual tax and assessed values, tax history, price history, schools with ratings, walk, bike and transit scores, Redfin estimate and its one-year change, listing agent and phone, flood, fire, heat, wind and air scores, FEMA zone and every photo. On 15 Seattle homes sold in the last three months, 104 fields were filled on at least half of the rows.
  • A link, a bare property ID or a street address: all three work, in the same run. The number at the end of a Redfin home link is enough on its own, there is no listing ID to dig up first. Pairs such as 31327561:220569412 are read too. Addresses go through Redfin's own address search. Search pages and areas (a city, a ZIP code) also work, and every home they list comes back in full. A mixed run of a Denver link, a Seattle ID, a Miami ID pair and a Seattle address returned 4 full homes in 10 seconds, with the one repeated home saved once.
  • Climate risk and home facts in their own columns. Flood, fire, heat, wind and air scores from 1 to 10, the FEMA flood zone, the flood insurance range, and the MLS sheet (heating, cooling, roof, construction, foundation, parking, garage spaces, laundry, sewer, water) each get a named column instead of a block of text. On the prefilled run, 17 of 20 homes came with their flood and fire scores and 16 of 20 with heating and roof; on the Seattle sold run, 15 of 15 had both.

Try Redfin Detail Scraper free

Try your first home

Paste this into the JSON tab of the input and press Start. It is the prefilled input: one home from its link, one from its property ID, one from its street address, then the newest listings of Austin, Texas until 20 homes are saved.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/4502-Avenue-H-78751/home/31431268" }
],
"propertyIds": ["31425582"],
"searchQueries": ["10411 Turnbull Loop, Austin, TX 78717", "Austin, TX"],
"maxItems": 20
}

You can run it on the Apify Free plan. On November 4, 2026 this input returned 20 homes in 15 seconds: the three named homes first, then 17 newest Austin listings. All 20 had schools and a walk score, 19 had a Redfin estimate, a description and photos, 17 had the listing agent and the climate risk scores. Each home is one row of the dataset, ready to export as JSON, CSV or Excel.

Input schema (no field is required, give at least one link, one ID or one address):
- startUrls (array of {"url": string}): Redfin home pages, such as
https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/4502-Avenue-H-78751/home/31431268 (for sale, pending, sold or
off the market). Redfin search pages also work: each home they list is read in full, with the
filters of the page (price, beds, baths, sqft, type, sold in the last 1 week to 5 years, pending).
- propertyIds (array of strings): Redfin property IDs, the number at the end of a home link
("31425582"), or "propertyId:listingId" pairs ("31327561:220569412").
- searchQueries (array of strings): US street addresses with city and state
("10411 Turnbull Loop, Austin, TX 78717"), each gives its home. A city, ZIP code, neighborhood or
county ("Austin, TX", "78704") gives its newest listings after the named homes.
- maxItems (integer, default 50): the most homes saved for the whole run.
Output: one row per home, flat JSON, up to 123 fields, absent values omitted (never empty strings):
- identity: id (Redfin property ID, string), url, listingId, mlsId, address, streetAddress, unitNumber,
city, state, zipCode, countryCode, neighborhood, county, latitude, longitude, fipsCode, parcelNumber
- listing: status, propertyType, description, highlights[], keyFacts[], listingSource, isHot,
isNewConstruction, isRedfinListing, has3DTour, hasVideoTour, hasVirtualTour
- home facts (strings unless noted): heating, cooling, parking, garageSpaces (number),

Rows are deduplicated on id. Use apify-client for Python or JavaScript to run it and read the dataset.

How to scrape Redfin property details

Three inputs, from the simplest to a full enrichment batch. Each one runs as is.

Copy the address bar of any Redfin home page and paste it. The home can be for sale, pending, sold or off the market.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.redfin.com/CO/Denver/6153-N-Ceylon-St-80249/unit-3-302/home/203569188" }
]
}

Look up the property IDs from your CRM

Paste the IDs one per line. A bare ID works, and so does the propertyId:listingId pair other tools export. An ID Redfin does not know is reported in the log and gives no row.

{
"propertyIds": ["188725026", "42997198:226319964", "31425582"],
"maxItems": 10
}

Enrich a spreadsheet of street addresses

Paste the address column of your sheet. Write the street, the city and the state, the way you would type it on Redfin. Mixing links, IDs and addresses in one run is fine: a home asked for twice is saved once.

{
"searchQueries": [
"4201 51st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118",
"3847 NE 88th St, Seattle, WA 98115",
"10411 Turnbull Loop, Austin, TX 78717"
],
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/4502-Avenue-H-78751/home/31431268" }
],
"maxItems": 10
}

Input parameters

FieldTypeDefaultWhat it does
startUrlsarray of linksnoneRedfin home pages, one row each. Redfin search pages work too: each home they list comes back in full, filters kept.
propertyIdsarray of textnoneRedfin property IDs (31425582), or propertyId:listingId pairs (31327561:220569412).
searchQueriesarray of textnoneStreet addresses with city and state, one home each. A city, ZIP code, neighborhood or county gives its newest listings.
maxItemsinteger50The most homes saved for the whole run. Named homes come first, areas and search pages fill the rest.

No field is required: give at least one link, one ID or one address. The run reads named homes first (links, then IDs, then addresses), then areas and search pages, until maxItems homes are saved.

  • Home pages: https://www.redfin.com/{state}/{city}/{address}/home/{propertyId}, units included (.../unit-48/home/31123701). Homes for sale, coming soon, pending, sold and off the market all work.
  • Search pages, read home by home: city (/city/30818/TX/Austin), ZIP code (/zipcode/78704), neighborhood, county and state pages, with their /filter/ part kept: price, beds, baths, square feet, year built, HOA, property type, sort order, map area, pending homes, and sold homes from one week to five years (/filter/include=sold-3mo).
  • Rental pages are skipped with a message: this actor reads homes for sale and sold homes.

Accepted property IDs

  • The number at the end of a home link: 31425582 in https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/4701-Harmon-Ave-78751/home/31425582.
  • A pair propertyId:listingId as exported by other Redfin tools: 31327561:220569412. The listing ID then picks that listing.
  • A whole home link pasted in this box is read as a link. Anything else (letters, a ZIP code) is skipped with a message.

Accepted addresses and areas

  • A street address with its city and state: 10411 Turnbull Loop, Austin, TX 78717, 4201 51st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118.
  • A property ID typed here (six digits or more) is read as an ID.
  • A city, ZIP code, neighborhood or county (Austin, TX, 78704, Travis County, TX) gives its newest homes for sale, each read in full.

What data can you extract from Redfin?

Each row holds up to 123 fields: 121 fields about the home and 2 fields about the run. Values Redfin does not give are left out of the row, never written as empty text. Numbers are numbers, dates are RFC 3339 in UTC.

GroupFieldsWhat you get
Identity17id (Redfin property ID), url, listingId, mlsId, full and street address, unit, city, state, ZIP code, country, neighborhood, county, latitude, longitude, FIPS code, parcel number

Area12walk, bike and transit scores, walk score label, school district, nearest elementary, middle and high school with ratings, and the schools list (6 fields each)
Climate risk16flood, fire, heat, wind and air scores (1 to 10) with a one-line summary each, FEMA flood zone, flood and fire insurance ranges, link to the full risk report
People6listing agent, agent phone, brokerage, every listing agent with their brokerage, buyer's agent and brokerage on sold homes
Time7listing date, last sale date and price, last update, next open house start and end, time zone
History and media5priceHistory (4 fields per event), taxHistory (5 fields per year), features (every line of the MLS sheet), main photo, every photo URL
Run2searchInput (the link, ID or address that produced the row), scrapedAt

Usability notes:

  • id is Redfin's property ID and never changes for a home. url is the permanent Redfin page. listingId changes when the home is listed again.
  • Photo URLs point to Redfin's photo servers and stay valid while the listing is on Redfin; save the files you need to keep.
  • Sale prices stay empty in states that keep them private (Texas, for example), rather than showing an older figure.
  • The rent estimate is left out when Redfin does not show one for the home.
  • Climate risk is present when Redfin has a risk report for the address: 17 of 20 homes on the prefilled run, 15 of 15 on the Seattle sold run.

Output example

One real row from the prefilled run of November 4, 2026 (a condo for sale in Austin). Lists are cut to their first entries here; the dataset holds them in full.

Advanced usage

Five recipes for the jobs teams use this actor for. Each input runs as is.

Screen a list of homes for flood and fire exposure

Paste the property IDs of a portfolio and open the Climate risk view of the dataset: flood, fire, heat and wind scores, the FEMA zone and the flood insurance range sit side by side, one home per row.

{
"propertyIds": ["31425582", "188725026", "42997198", "203569188"],
"maxItems": 50
}

Pull sold comps with their full records

Build the search on Redfin (area, sold in the last three months, your filters), copy the link and paste it. Every sold home comes with its sale date and price, buyer's agent, tax roll, price history and estimate. On November 4, 2026 this link returned 15 Seattle homes in 5 seconds, each with a sale price and a buyer's agent.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.redfin.com/city/16163/WA/Seattle/filter/include=sold-3mo" }
],
"maxItems": 15
}

Re-read a watch list every morning

Save the links of the homes you follow as a task and schedule it daily. Compare status, price, daysOnMarket and the first line of priceHistory from one run to the next to catch price cuts, pending sales and closings.

{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/8110-Ranch-Road-2222-78730/unit-48/home/31123701" },
{ "url": "https://www.redfin.com/WA/Seattle/3847-NE-88th-St-98115/home/188725026" }
],
"maxItems": 100
}

Feed the ID pairs another Redfin export gives you

If an earlier export gave you propertyId and listingId columns, join them with a colon and paste them. The listing ID picks the listing to read, which matters for homes listed more than once.

{
"propertyIds": ["31327561:220569412", "42997198:226319964"]
}

Top up named homes with the newest listings of their ZIP code

Put the homes you already know first, then a ZIP code: the run reads your homes, then fills up to maxItems with the newest listings of that ZIP code, each in full detail.

{
"searchQueries": ["10411 Turnbull Loop, Austin, TX 78717", "78704"],
"maxItems": 25
}

FAQ

What does this actor return for each home? Everything the Redfin property page shows, as one flat row: up to 121 fields about the home, from the address and status to the tax roll, the price and tax history, schools, the Redfin estimate, the rent estimate, climate risk scores, the listing agent and every photo. See the field table above.

Do I need a Redfin account? No. The actor reads public Redfin pages. No login, no API key.

I only have the number at the end of the link. Is that enough? Yes. That number is the Redfin property ID and it is enough on its own. If you also have the listing ID, paste propertyId:listingId to pick that exact listing.

What if an address or an ID is not found? The log names it and the run moves on; it gives no row. Write the street with its city and state, as on Redfin. Redfin covers the United States; homes in areas Redfin does not serve may have no record.

How fresh is the data? Each run reads Redfin at the time it runs, nothing is cached. scrapedAt says when each row was read, lastUpdatedAt when the listing last changed on Redfin, and estimatedValueUpdatedAt when the estimate was last computed.

Can I mix links, IDs and addresses in one run? Yes. All three lists run together. Homes named one by one come first, then the homes of any area or search page, until maxItems is reached. A home asked for twice is saved once.

Why are some fields missing on some rows? Redfin does not show everything for every home. Sale prices stay private in some states, the rent estimate is hidden on some homes, off-market homes have no listing agent, and the MLS sheet (heating, roof, parking) exists only for homes that were listed. A missing value is left out of the row rather than guessed.

How many homes can I read in one run? There is no fixed limit: set maxItems to the number you need. On our test runs a home took a little under one second (20 homes in 15 seconds, 15 sold homes in 5 seconds).

Where do the climate risk scores come from? Redfin shows First Street's Flood Factor, Fire Factor, Heat Factor, Wind Factor and Air Factor on each property page, with the FEMA flood zone. The actor copies them into columns, with the one-line summary Redfin shows and a link to the full report in riskFactorUrl.

Does it work for rentals? No. Rental pages are skipped with a message. Homes for sale, coming soon, pending, sold and off the market are all covered.

How do I export the results? From the dataset page, as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML, or through the Apify API (https://api.apify.com/v2/datasets/{DATASET_ID}/items). The dataset has four views: Homes, Climate risk, Valuation and Agents.

Is it legal to scrape Redfin? The actor reads public pages only. You are responsible for using the data in line with Redfin's terms and the laws that apply to you; see Legal compliance below.

This Actor extracts publicly available data from Redfin. It does not bypass any login, paywall or CAPTCHA. Users are responsible for complying with Redfin's terms of service and with the data protection laws that apply to them (GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL where relevant). The output contains the names and phone numbers of listing and buyer's agents: these are personal data, handle them accordingly. The data returned is informational; verify it before any regulated use such as lending, insurance or appraisal decisions.

Built by SilentFlow for teams that need every Redfin property page as data, one row per home.
